Always great service from this company. Packages usually arrive within 6 weeks. And product is always up to great standard. Love this company and their product

From the vey first order l was hooked. Nice DP's, well packed,not too pricey & when done very lovely work.

An amazing company! Their products are Wei-made, quality items with plenty of supplies and beautiful, careful packaging. The boxes are sturdy, the canvases are loosely wrapped with ribbon that hold it so dents and rivers will not develop on the canvas. The entire project is lovingly inside a soft canvas bag so that everything is together and won't scatter when removed. The employees are kind, encouraging, offer great suggestions and then ask you to post your project to be enjoyed by others. Their Facebook group is incredible with wonderful suggestions and fabulous tips. I love this company, their ethics to make things right and their personal concern that our issues are resolved!

Today, 3/31/22, I received your email asking me how many stars would I rate the recent order that I received on 3/30/22. First of all, I originally placed these 2 orders on 1/23/22 (yes, over 2 months ago), & was for a total of 5 diamond kits. For some unknown reason, you got the 2 orders mixed up. The "Planets" kit was placed in BOTH orders & you dropped the "50 Years" kit. You refunded me for one of the "Planets" & asked me to reorder the "50 Years" kit (which I did & have received it only as a separate order.) Yesterday, 3/30/22, I finally received 3 diamond kits (Sagrada, Sleeping Unicorn, & First Touch), but the "Planets" kit was not received. I opened up the "First Touch " kit first, because I did want to give this to the new mother two months ago. Well, 2 colors are missing from this kit: ID#'s 224 (1 bag), and 312 (5 bags). I have not checked the other 2 kits yet, but I am hoping they are complete.
I do appreciate all the help & support that I received from Patricia Joaquin in Customer Care, and her help I rate as 5 stars. But overall, with the mixup, delays, missing colors, I rate it as one star.

The picture of my son's cat s turning out pretty good. It is the biggest picture I have done so far. It has to be done by July. I am pretty sure I can get it done.

Love all the projects I have done with Home Craftology The only problem I had was my tree pic was suppose to be 12 x 12 and it was 9 x 9. It turned out great though I just added a matte on the sides. Keep the great choices coming from Home Craftology!
