I am still waiting for my item to be dispatched 2 days later.
I ordered this hoping I’ll get it by Thursday but they still haven’t dispatched the item and their customer service is terrible. They don’t respond to emails.

I've given this 1 star because you could not give zero I ordered a 50ml loulou perfume and what I got was not loulou it was either fake or out of date it smelt of nothing
And they are refusing to take it back because I had opened it and the seal would be broke
HOW ELSE WOULD I KNOW IT WASNT LOULOU IF I DIDNT OPEN IT AND SMELL IT

BEWARE
Bought my favourite perfume from this site.
There's absolutely no fragrance whatsoever.
I emailed the company and they asked if I was sure I had ordered my regular perfume.
I replied to let them know I certainly did but there's nothing that can be done.
I'm stuck with a bottle of water.
