Placed an order after midnight on a Sunday night/monday morning with 24hr tracked RM delivery. Order was processed and dispatched by 10 am that same Monday morning and delivered to me the next day. Incredible response for baby supplies which are often needed urgently by disorganised people like me.

Amazing from start to finish - i’ve used this company twice now and wouldn’t go elsewhere if I was to have another home birth. The pool comes in adequate amount of time, the process is so straight forward and customer service are more than helpful. A lovely company with lovely staff

Very helpful company, good customer service with very friendly and polite staff, very simple process of delivery and collection, I found the oasis pool i brought more than up to the task and found my labour in the pool really helpful! Well.worth the money and the least fuss possible, easy clean up too?

We ordered the birth pool quite late, I was already 39 weeks. The pool came instantly and surpassed our expectations. Everything was labelled clearly and the instructions were very clear. The pool itself was great, it even had a seat! It was a great addition to the birth itself. Returning the pool was so easy!! The courier service came to pick it up the day after we called. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is amazing.

Could not fault Birth Supplies at all. Ordered a birthing pool and it arrived within 2 days, collection after use was seamless and easy as well. Everything was provided within the pool kit and immaculate so we didn’t have to worry about getting any extras. The birth pool was an incredible experience and highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing it! Definitely made my labour a lot easier this time, more enjoyable and an amazing experience. Spot on communication from the company too! If we were to have another baby I’d use this company again.

This is the second time I've ordered the tens machine from Birth Supplies and the process has been seamless both times. Great communication, equipment arrived on time and easy process to return.

I sadly didn’t get a home birth, but despite this the kit, process and team were great from this company.
I did the reservation process and got a call at 36 weeks for the pool to be dispatched. Returns process was also very easy.
The kit itself was as new for all rented items & great instructions with sundries included.
Would recommend to anyone thinking of a home birth.

Pool arrived quickly, and they were helpful with delaying dispatch until after my scan in case plans changed. Everything was in good order and it was easy to use and send back. It's a shame postage costs more to the Highlands but I don't think that's the company's fault.

Really hassle free service. Drop off and collection with all items needed. Pool was great I picked the Mia via tranquility pool! It was a great size, amazing pain relief!
