Ordered a rug and after a week of not…
Ordered a rug and after a week of not receiving it I was told it went missing. Could not send me another one as they said it's out of stock even though it's still available to order on the website. I got offered a full refund only to see they have kept the shipping fee.
I would not recommend.

Better then expected for price
Delivery was reasonably quick. I was very pleased with the rug I ordered as it looked much more expensive than it actually was. If it becomes damaged by ashes from the fire I can simply order another one.
