Feedback on Irfan – Home and Away
I rarely give feedback, but this time I felt it was necessary.
Many companies take payment and then lose interest once they’ve got what they want. That was not the case with Irfan. From the moment payment was made, he provided outstanding service from A to Z. I can’t fault his professionalism or honesty — he went above and beyond, and it genuinely meant a lot to me.
Irfan delivered a great customer experience and showed what real customer service looks like. Anyone booking should ask for Irfan.
I truly hope Home and Away management recognises who is actually making a difference, and that other staff learn from the level of service Irfan provides.

Umrah December 2025
The quality of hotels in Makkah and Madinah including its location was great. The transportation provided was timely and smooth going, except ziyarat in Madinah which did not cover many locations. The drivers were courteous especially Fahad Javed and Niyaz. In the hindsight the 50 minute transit time from Doha to Manchester was not sufficient. Thanks to Adilbhai for excellent customer service through out.

Noel Britto was a phenomenal help in…
Noel Britto was a phenomenal help in sourcing a fabulous holiday to South Africa and Zimbabwe. He was patient and understanding through the many changes we requested.
He was Polite and courteous with every phone call.
He kept us posted when receiving the payment as to when the travel vouchers would be issued. Noel also made a follow up call to ensure everything was accurate.
The cost was competitive overall and the service was fantastic. Thank you Noel - You superstar!

The BEST travel provider
I’ve been using Home and Away for well over a decade now, and they never fail to deliver on exactly what I am looking for.
They are the most competitive travel provider I have come across, and I know I am booking with total confidence when I use them.
Sandip Lade in particular is brilliant. He’s prompt, professional, flexible, and always understanding of my specific requirements for each trip. Simply put - he is fast, friendly, and on it.
My most recent trips were to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in December 2025. Sandip, once again, did an amazing job of ensuring the trip was made perfect, alongside my detailed travel itinerary.
