Bathroom caddy defective

Bought what I thought was a great looking bathroom caddy x 2, suction attachments for ease and lack of mess! Looked great! Lasted less than a month! Large one now can’t stay attached on its own, never mind with the supposed weight of 10kg! For confirmation, this weight has never been stored in it!
I’ve had one response since beginning of January! Just to let me know it’s arrived!
Think they need to do better and refund me the money for this clearly faulty or dodgy bit of kit!

Awful customer service

Despite emailing the customer service team on three occasions. I did not get a reply until I posted a negative trustpilot review. They then did contact me via email to say my item had been delivered and included tracking information. The issue is not that I didn’t get the item it’s that it arrived broken which they have failed to address despite receiving images and details. I’ve emailed them again to clarify but again they haven’t responded. Very poor customer service .

Really bad quality

Really bad quality, speaker arrived broken. Several emails sent requesting a refund but not one reply. No correspondence from customer services at all !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Poor quality goods and 0 customer service

I ordered four shower radios and they arrived in very tatty boxes with no instructions and do not work. They were not in time for Christmas and I cannot reach customer service via email and a phone number does not work from
Website portrayed to be in the UK so I feel that this website is a complete scam so please don’t use it. I’m going to contact PayPal to ensure that the rest of my payments can be halted. The product is nothing like advertised and very disappointing and I have had no replies from customer service so I would welcome a reply on this platform from Homefinds and expect a reply and refund and the address to which to send the goods back to otherwise I will need to escalate this issue

100% disappointment 😞

The order arrived but very disappointed in it generally. On the site it was a white owl that glowed in the dark. The light is so small it most certainly is a disappointment however it looks pretty in the fence but only daytime. Very disappointing in it overall & most certainly not worth the money. I might have bought it in Poundland as that’s about all it’s worth BUT it did arrive albeit late for Christmas.
I have made a note not to ever use this company again.

Disgusting, Deceitful and Disgraceful!!

Disgusting service offered beginning of December 2025 from a portrayed UK business (to ensure delivery in time for 22nd December) and delivery was stated to be within a few days. Item still has not arrived 27th December, tracking not updated since ordering. I have emailed a number of times with no response, I have messaged on their Facebook page, messaged on messenger where finally today I received a response to tell me to email!!! Which I responded that I had several times. Then radio silence again. It’s spoiled Christmas as it was a memorial gift for a special time. I’m so upset and angry. Please don’t purchase from these as they are clearly not a UK business and have kept my money and no goods to show. Ignoring me and not dealing with it makes matters worse and leads me to believe this company is a scam and advertising falsely. I urge you to steer clear. I will be reporting this business further to get my money back but try to prevent anyone else suffering.

If there was a zero then that's my score

Ordrred sone stocking fillers on 9th December and the order confirmed it would take 2-3 days. Its Christmas Eve and i understand from the tracking that Evri have my order. If there was a zero then that's my score and thats before I even receive anything

Poor quality and if you want to return something, you need to send to China

They're saying are from UK but actually are from China.
I want to return something and I have to send it to China(which will take one moment to arrive) or I can receive 30% money back.
Rubbish company.
Don't buy from them.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Exactly as last reviewer said. Item ordered took 15 days to arrive. Came from China. Arrived already broken. It was not. constructed as the in the catalogue. I have contacted customer services 3 times now .....STILL NO REPLY

Terrible, lying company

Ordered 12th Nov. Says it’s a UK company with 3-5 day turnaround for UK orders. It’s not, it comes from China. Just lies. Needs investigating for fraud.

Absolutely rubbish Company

Absolutely rubbish Company, just purchased an Autumn wreath for the front door, the one on there website was really nice, the one that turned up was just plastic crap and we are absolutely disgusted they had the nerve to send such total junk out in the hopes i am sure we wouldn't complain, we have emailed them for a full refund and they haven't even bothered to reply as yet 3 days later. I am telling anyone reading this to steer well clear of this so call Company.

Do not order from this company

I ordered a gift for a friend's wedding. I thought I was ordering from a UK company. The address is stated as one.
I got an email saying they were inundated with orders and so processing was longer.
I ended up writing an email, as no phone number surprise, and kept asking is it coming from China. However, I got a reply banging on about how they were only using one flight due to emissions etc but still never said it was coming from China. Obviously I stated use a UK company then that will save.
It was never cancelled arrived late and now I am expected to pay postage back to China or get 30%back
Really disappointed....never again !!!

Yet another company selling rubbish…

Yet another company selling rubbish stuff the autumn wreath arrived yesterday and as others have said its plastic harsh rubbish for £20 plus
When you read their website its sounds a very trusting company and refunds guaranteed.
Shame customer service do not answer the phone or reply to emails

Terrible experience do not purchase

Terrible experience do not purchase. Bought what I thought was going to be a beautiful autumn wreath. Well that’s what the pictures showed. Then this horrible, garish coloured poor quality wreath arrived! To add to that it was broken in transit too! Communication has been slow. Customer services now saying I’ll have to return the wreath to china! So much for Home Finds Uk! The product is not as pictured -buyers beware! Order Number: #HFUK1996

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently purchased two titanium chopping boards from Home Finds. They were advertised as pure titanium and were quite expensive. They took a month to arrive. However, they were not Titanium and were actually stainless steel. I contacted the company about this and asked for an address to return them but they have ignored me.

Please don't order from this company

Please don't order from this company. The website states delivery in around 4 days if in the UK, however, the item I ordered was shipped from China. There is no indication of that on the website.
I emailed the company about this and have been ignored.
Today, over 2 weeks from order, apparently it has been delivered. No sign of it!
Not a good experience and I have wasted my money! Shameful.

I'm afraid I have to agree with others…

I'm afraid I have to agree with others who have had a negative experience with this company. On May 16th 2025, I placed an order for a cordless electric mop. The company lead you to believe that the item will be shipped within a few working days. I soon realised that the item was being shipped from China. Wasn't too worried about that but thought it would be better for Home Finds to be honest really. Anyway, on the 3rd of June 2025, all that got delivered was 4 of the mop heads, (cleaning cloths) that stick on to the rotating heads. They took almost 3 weeks to get to me. I double checked the Web site to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and just ordered 4 mop heads. The ad quite clearly states 1 cordless electric mop. Sent an email and one was returned the following day. Then they requested that I send pictures of what had been delivered, so I sent a few pictures of the envelope and the mop heads, explaining that they have arrived but no delivery of the actual mop. 3 or 4 working days later and no reply. It was only £14 including the delivery, but that's not the point. It doesn't seem to be a UK company, but even if it is, shipping takes 3 weeks, so be aware if you need something in a hurry. Anf if you are buying an expensive item, be prepared for the possibility that it may not even get delivered.

The good reviews here are clearly fake. I ordered a can opener, one week later it wasn’t even dispatched. They don’t reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.

the item took longer to arrive than advertised sand I was disappointed to find it was shipped from china, which I feel they hid until after the sale is made. However, the can opener I ordered is honestly the best one that I’ve had in ages. Comfortable to operate, doesn’t leave a sharp edge and looks like it might last. A good quality item!
