We can't review May and Holts Gems well enough. From my first visit she was patient and took the time to work through all possible options with us. She was extremely helpful and was brilliant at helping us work out what we wanted, never making us feel rushed on a really important decision. We ended up with exactly what we wanted particularly because of her attention to detail and guidance. Great experience and would recommend.

Edit: just to add that Farah was so helpful and responsive when I first got in touch over email. This was what originally convinced us to go with Holts and was really encouraging.

We chose to go with Holt Gems for my engagement ring as we wanted a yellow sapphire and had heard they specialised in precious stones (and learnt that they even supplied many of the the other jewellers in Hatton Garden). We didn't have an appointment booked but Amy was so kind, she saw us anyway and already had the most amazing yellow sapphire ready to go. We had a really clear idea of what we wanted for the ring, and they delivered on this perfectly. Their customer service since getting the ring has been amazing - they're so responsive and understanding of how important and personal an engagement ring is. Both Amy and Farah have been lovely and I couldn't recommend enough.

Alicja was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helped every step of the way to design a perfect engagement ring.

I was gifted the chance to get a piece of jewellery made to my specification by Holts Gems. I chose a stacking ring made up from 2 lab-grown, brilliant cut diamonds and one oval tourmaline set in white gold.

I discussed the design with Alicja and the finished product arrived today. Even though I had a good idea how it would look from the photos and drawings supplied, it has far exceeded my expectations.

Craftmanship is of a very high quality, as are the stones. I am absolutely delighted with it.

I used the "Build your Own" feature to design the engagement ring I purchased.
It let me peruse the gemstone from their available stock and to socket in the style I had previously chosen.
It took some time for the ring to be ready but you can't rush craftsmanship. The ring is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier with the process.
I am especially pleased as I chose the components myself, making me feel a bit more as a part of the ring making process.
The communication with the team was also fantastic as they kept me appraised of every steps in the process.

As a male picking out an engagement ring can be a daunting experience with so many options. But if you are looking fantastic service with unique gems and ring design, look no further. It took some time and patience more from my end because I wanted it to be perfect but the guidance and process was really careful and professional from Holts.
