Expérience à l'opposé de la plupart des avis que j'ai lu.

J'ai commandé un pack red dot + magnifier le 27/01 et je l'ai reçu le 29/01. Commande conforme, Emballage soigné avec du rembourrage pour bien caler la boite rien à redire.

J'avais, avant de commander posé une question et le service client m'a répondu dans la journée.

Aucune expérience avec le SAV en revanche qui semble pêcher dans les autres avis.

As a disabled veteran I have very few joys outside of being able to go to the range and send some rounds down field. I must have put a 1000 to 1100 rounds downrange when I notice that the reticle on my holosun SCS appear to be cracked. This optic has never fell or been dropped. I spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $350 plus tax on this thing. When as everybody knows, there's tons of other options. Holosun refused to honor the warranty. My budget is a embarrassment to budgets. And I don't have over $350 to just throw away on an optic that breaks under intense fire. I thought I was getting quality in product and in service which I did not receive.

Nadat ik de andere reviews las twijfelde ik om een bestelling te plaatsen. Maar na wat onderzoek heb ik toch een bestelling geplaatst. Vriendelijke klantenservice, duidelijke website en het was met 1,5 dag al in huis.

They shipped the parcel without signature! When I came home it was in front of my door, out in the rain! Everyone could have stolen it. I wrote to Holosun and asked why they ship like this and that I did not authorise it and what happened if the parcel was stolen. All they sent was the confirmation of order again without any Text! Thats rude and bad "service", it seems they dont care if someone steals their chinese junk. Holosun - never again!

Je lis deux avis qui sont aux antipodes du service et du sérieux de Holosun.eur, je les qualifierai de mal veillants!
Après 5 commandes auprès de Picotronic Holosun.eur, je suis entièrement satisfait, port gratuit, emballage parfait même un petit cadeau à chaque commande et surtout matériel parfaitement conforme, la disponibilité des articles est bien affiché donc pas de mauvaises surprises. La vitesse d'expédition environ 3 jours Allemagne /France! Les conseillés vous répondent par mail dans l'heure qui suit! Enfin comme vous l'aurez compris je suis ravi et je recommande! TOP!

Very bad experiences with holosun.eu
I regret buying holosun products if this is what their service is like.

Bought and paid several items. Received an email with link and status inquiry option.

There has not been one thing changed in teh status eventhough two weeks have past.

They send mails to ask how the experience was but shipping and actually delivering is not even mentioned.

SRO next time.

item never arrived, company washed their hands doesnt help in any way to even solve the problem, save your money dont buy ever from this company, couse tnere is a big chance you never see product and your money too, STAY AWAY !!!
