Scammers. I ordered an indoor household plant in September 2020 and still haven’t received it!

I should have read the reviews. I ordered two palms in September 2020. I got a couple of apology emails but now I get no response. Thieves!! They get -5 stars

They stole my money too and my Revolut won’t give me my money back !

I hope whomever is behind this gets their just desserts 🙁

SCAMMERS!!!!! THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER! ORDERED MY PALM TREE, REALIZED IT HAD BEEN A MONTH. I EMAILED THEM TO SEE WHAT THE DELAY WAS AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. 6 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO TREE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUEING THEM!

I ordered back in August never received. Wasn’t sure if my bank would refund me but I guess I waited to long we now in March . lol I wonder how big my palm trees will be when I receive 😂😂

Scam. Stay away. Ordered 2 palm trees few month ago, still waiting for it. Emailed , no response received. Thanks Facebook. Never again.

Placed an order in august, never received. And never will. Bank will remove payment. This company is 100% scam/ripoff!

ZERO STARS. Ordered in August. Spray crows. I guess you get what you pay for; if the price is too good to be true, it probably is. SCAMMED. Shame on Facebook for carrying this garbage!

Ordered a spray crow back in August. It was never received and company does not respond to emails. SCAM.

I ordered these back in August, they charged additional because they said the price was not in US Dollars plus they charged an international fee.
I never received these, they said they would ship again. Still never received even with a tracking number.
Now, they won't answer any emails and I think there site is gone.
Scammers! Suggest not to order anything from them/

I was so looking forward to the motion detector sprinkler to scare the birds away from my blueberry bushes...never shipped..no response to recent inquiries...thank goodness they weren't a lot of $$...ad was on Best Fiends

They made a lot of money from these palms ! If I had seen these reviews before I would not have tried to order two palms ! Wow. God sees it all !

Bought or so I thought in September 2 palms which got lost than received another tracking number on the 1 November 2020 it said it arrived at destination which it didn't checked with Australia Post and they told me tracking number was invalid have emailed 3 times to Holly Nation no reply. Went to ANZ explained what happened they are going to either reverse payment of $50 from Hollynation account or will reimburse me for this amount. They said they will put a stop on purchases from this Company if people order from them. So I advise everyone to go to your Bank explain situation and hopefully your Banks can do the same. I would give them no stars if I had a choice. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Zero stars. Just like the others.. I've been scammed as well. Bummer. Should have known coming from China, Lesson learned. Shame on Facebook too for promoting this in the ads.. don't fall for it.. reason why I got rid of that crap too. Buy local, support small business, USA products only.. again, I should have known!
