We placed the subject order, Invoice #75072, on September 13, 2016'. As of October 14 we haven't received our product

Love the sweets and health snacks. My baby only uses Kabrita formula! Great variety and service. Shipping is a bit long, 2-6weeks.

No item, no response, no communication.

This company has taken my money, acknowledged my order but not sent the goods. They have not answered any of my emails. Yet they continuously ask for a review!

My advice is - don't use this company

Strange... sad... ordered on September 11 for $161.61, website says: "Awaiting Shipment". We're a month later now. Sent a message through the website, no answer. Through Facebook, no answer. Called their landline, nothing. Left a voice mail, no response. Called their cell number, no answer. You took my money and don't send me any goods. That makes this a certified scam.

I'm very disappointed with their service. Never answer the mail. I'm still waiting for my parcel and still don't know if I recieve that(((((

Customer service never responded, paid a month a go, no news, emailed them so many times, they are a home base small business (which i don't mind as long as you ship what i paid for!), do not trust this company, scam!!

I think Holland boutique are providing really good service even though it is expensive.

I have ordered 6 months of new born baby milk 2 months ago and till now I have not received it. Contacted them quite a few times with very slow response. After I said I wanted to cancel, they gave just gone silent. They said I just need to fill in a Chinese custom form but the link was not working not mention they only sent the link after 1.5 months I have ordered the milk. Until now no money refund nor receiving milk. I wouldn't recommend them for any international purchase, they claim that they really very experienced with international order but they are not! 国内的朋友

When I was in Holland I found a cream that I really liked. It was not available in any store. When I got home I googled it and found that it was available on hollandboutique.com. The on-line store was easy to use and the products soon followed. There was even a little surprise in the parcel for me. I definitely would order from this boutique again. Thank you.

I placed an order on the 19/09/16 and am yet to receive it. I've chased by email and heard nothing. Not the type of service I would expect

I am very satisfied with the product, very simple to place an order. Rather slow delivery,waited for over a week and quite expencive-almost 20eur for European country.More expensive than the products I ordered.

I had to order special formula (cow milk protein allergy) for my baby because I could not find it in Hong Kong but always bought it in Russia. Actually the site is easy to use and order but the only problem is that time for delivery to different countries is described in a separate page. So I did not expect (did not even know) that I took the parcel to get in 7-10 working days rather than 2-3 days. So if the site, confirming the order, gives you delivery time with the order, it would be really helpful.

So happy to find Holland boutique. Great service, quick delivery, super packaging.

Use at your peril, no goods, no answer from email, phone number out of service. Started problem resolution with PayPal

HollandBoutique has been in contact and have apollogised. Goods are now on there way - will report on how that works out.

Still no goods but they have refunded my money.As a gesture of goodwill they said they would send goods. Have not received goods and still no answers to email. They seem to be overwelmed.

Ordered from the USA and recieved in 2 weeks, although all the packaging for is written Dutch, I was able to get al the instructions online in English. The formula, shampoo and candies that I ordered all came in durable packaging and they even sent a free bag of caramel waffle cookies! Now hopefully my baby likes the new formula!
