I am giving 5 stars for customer service. It is very hard, for me at least, to rate CBD products. The effects, again for me, are too subtle to really judge or compare to the other myriad CBD products flooding the market. I like the think that they are doing me some good. voila!

Worth the research to find HH
There’s lots of high street CBD products out there, but it’s worth doing research to find one that’s genuinely high quality. I was also keen to support a Scottish business being a Scot myself, so this ticked all the boxes! After a couple of weeks of one capsule a day I noticed the impact when I forgot to take them over a weekend, I had a rubbish sleep and felt on edge again. I’m a teacher and really struggling just now with racing mind and this is definitely helping, I still wake up in the middle of the night but I manage to get back to sleep without those racing thoughts getting hold. I also feel generally more positive. I have made other changes, such as trying to get a short walk in at lunchtime and not working late into the night, but these capsules are definitely a core part of my self-care now! I’m glad I found Holistic Hemp!

A phenomenal company with fantastic products. This company holds integrity and quality service at the centre of their customer engagement and it shows with the amazing results both from the products themselves and the transparent business model. Lab results for each product are available wen asked for which really underpins how authentic and customer focused these guys are. 5 stars, I use this company regularly with CBD coffee and CBG paste being amongst my favourites to buy.

Most amazing service and products
Most amazing service, they will take there time to explain products over the phone or by email, CBD oil is a fraction of the price compared to other companies, there CBD oil has changed my life my anxiety levels have reduced significantly and I’m able to deal with stress so much better and it has done wonders for my sleep, however I do need to take quite a strong dose, I use there 20% CBD oil and mct oil as a carrier. 15 drops a day seems to be my sweet spot.
I could not recommend them enough fantastic family run company

Excellent advice and help from Kate. Been in severe pain on and off for 4 years with pancreatitis. Had all sorts of painkillers up to tramadol without much success. Cbd oil so far been absolutely great for me. Started on low dose which gave relief but needed to use quite a lot. On 20% raw now and using a lot less with great results. Reasonably priced and prompt delivery.

Holistic Hemp Scotland is the best CBD oil I've found
Holistic Hemp Scotland is a fantastic company. The CBD products I've used from them are better than any other I've tried. When it says 15% I know it is, which is a far cry from so many other CBD oils. It's a small, family company and its in Scotland. How great is that.

Made no difference
No offence to the company, delivery was fine, product a bit pricy. Reason for only 1 star is that the product has not improved anything. Do not feel any better from using it, does not improve my sleep, does not improve my mood or anxiety. All I can think is that either this specific product does not have the correct ingredients or CBD oil doesn’t work.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your review even though it came as a shock to us. It sounds like you are new to CBD and although you have purchased one of the most potent oils with 2000mg CBD/CBDA, which until now had only 5* reviews since we launched in 2019, there could be a number of reasons why it did not work for you this time. If you are interested to make CBD work for you, we would suggest you consider the following:
a) Maybe you did not give it enough time: as we can see you only purchased it 3 weeks ago. It often depends on sensitivity of an individual and could take months sometimes to build up the right level of cannabinoids in your body and build up a connection with CBD. Some of us are more depleted than others, so it takes different time for different people. It may take you longer to receive the expected result.
b) Maybe you need to change the dosage: We suggest you significantly increase the dosage just to see if that makes any difference. Do not worry about overdosing as it is not intoxicating and if you experiment once, it won’t cause you any harm. For instance you may take the whole pipette and see if you feel anything.
c) Maybe you did not take it correctly: Did you put the drops under your tongue, held it there for a minute or two at least and swished it in your moth rather than just swallowing the oil all at once straight away?
d) Maybe you took it at the wrong time: if it was the sleep you were looking to improve, we suggest taking the oil after dinner but at least 40min before bed so you could start feeling the effect and let it work as you fall asleep and during the night. Naturally, if your sleep is affected by some strong factors, such as wrong food, stress, blue light and EMF, to name a few, these need to be reviewed.
e) Maybe this particular oil is not for you as in full spectrum oils we need to consider and understand the effect all other components that create an entourage effect and can enhance or decrease the effect of CBD depending on your personal reaction to certain terpenes and flavonoids.
f) If you are in a rush when taking CBD, in a very destructive environment or stressful situation right after taking the oil, you might not even notice if it makes any difference after ingesting 2-3 drops of it because of other factors overpowering its gentle effect. CBD works on a cellular level by binding to various receptors in the body cells and being delivered by the bloodstream to the brain and all organs. If you really want to experience its positive effect, our suggestion would be to take it in a peaceful and quiet environment, preferably after food, hold it under your tongue, then wait for a about 10-20 minutes and just stop, sit down on the floor and meditate for 10 minutes and listen to your body. It comes in a form of gentle tingling in your fingers and toes, with nice warm feeling building up in your body, helping you feel relaxed. Observe your thoughts at this moment as they are likely to be positive, and you will notice how your thinking becomes much clearer and start feeling good. That's how it happens usually. CBD works for thousands and millions of people. This particular oil has been used by hundreds of happy customers who gave us their feedback already. Amazing stuff
After doing weeks of research I finally decided to go with these guys they seem to be best value for money, customer service was amazing I spoke with the owners of the company direct over the phone and they could not have been any more helpful I explained that I was a prison officer and worked long stressful days and struggled to shut down and struggled with insomnia. Wow this stuff really works I do not notice much difference during the day maybe a little more focused and able to think a little more clearly but when I take this at night it’s unreal, the first night I took 3 drops when I got in from work and 3 drops before I went bed and I slept straight though without waking. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with insomnia as it has cured mine Amazing product and customer service

Fantastic product and customer service…
Fantastic product and customer service to match. There was going to be a delay with my order, which I hadn't noticed whilst checking out. Within hours of placing my order I received a phone call to check I had seen the delay message. There aren't many places left which care about their customers any more. As for the product, for me with severe Fibromyalgia and a tumour in my brain..... well, It's like magic!

Holistic Hemp have been very helpful
Holistic Hemp have been very helpful in offsetting the recent delays in delivery by carriers. They kindly sent me part of my order when it arrived so I would not be kept waiting (my oil reduces my joint pain and inflammation). They are very good at communicating when necessary. I am very happy with the service overall.
