Sushma describes herself as a holistic divorce life coach and family mediator, and while she has a strong understanding of the legal landscape through her previous work as a family lawyer, she is very clear about the role she plays. Throughout my journey, Sushma has always been available, attentive, and genuinely invested. She listens carefully, takes notes, remembers details, and provides a safe space to discuss fears, frustrations, and challenges. My experience with Sushma was brief but extremely effective, so I would highly recommend. From a free 15minute Discovery call explaining the process of mediation efficiently and kindly I was led through to application for a MIAM. This was booked and partner invited. However he declined preferring to negotiate directly. Result! MIAM cancelled and cost partially refunded. Sushma was extremely supportive and kind throughout.
