It was ok, but a bit poorly organised. The medicine didn't work on me, both shrooms and aya. I went on other retreats before - everything was ok. So not sure where they source their drugs from.

Such care and insight!
I went to a retreat in Portugal last year with Stefan and Fatima, and it was such a great experience! The yoga, breath-work and ice baths were amazing, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and insightful they both are. They helped me see some patterns in my life that I hadn’t noticed before. Their insights have really helped me move forward and I am still so grateful. They are both really warm, genuine people and I feel feel blessed to have crossed paths with them. I will definitely return when I am next in Portugal.

Getting ready for a life transformation.
I attended a 3 day retreat in February 2025 and I was transformed. I went from someone that needed to control everything to someone who found peace and joy in just being. Fatima and Stefan are amazing guides during the journey. You won’t be disappointed and your life will change for the better. Best thing I have ever done and I will be forever grateful.
