Nous voulions réserver une excursion de Jeep Safari à Cuba.
Au départ le prix semblait raisonnable 226$ USD. Avec guide accompagnateur multilingue.
Nous avons fait la demande de pouvoir nous même conduire le Jeep ce qui est très commun et offert par leur entreprise pour 10$ USD de plus.
Après plusieurs discussions avec un représentant, le prix s'est graduellement mis à augmenter de façon démesuré pour finalement finir par comprendre que le paiement total serait de plutôt de 414$ USD. Cela représente 590$ CND pour 5h d'excursion.
Je vous recommande de plutôt faire affaire avec Nexus Tour qui eux offre un service impeccable à prix raisonnable soit 225$ USD pour pouvoir conduire nous même le Jeep et ce pour 8h d'excursion.
Ils ont clairement tenté de nous arnaquer, heureusement nous n'avons pas fait le paiement avant de nous en rendre compte.

J'ai réservé une activité sur une bateau avec plongée pour une valeur de 160 euros. la réservation s'est correctement déroulée et l'agent a été très a l'écoute. malheureusement le lendemain mon vol a été décalé d une journée et j ai du annuler ma prestation. l'agent qui avait saisi ma demande a été très fermé et n a jamais voulu me rembourser car nouos etions a moins de 48jh de l activité. ils ne sont pas commerçants du tout.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Emailed on Wednesday as needed VIP lounge for Friday for relatives in Cuba (booked by email ftom UK) Within an hour it had been booked and paid for and Vouchers issued.
It takes services here an hour to get through on the phone.
Would recommend anyone in or going to Cuba to use.

We booked 2 tours in Cuba with Holiplus. Imagine arriving the first day and not having your name in the list of passengers for the activity, both ways. The driver accepted us because there were spare bus seats and he would be able to collect the money with Holiplus later. But as a tourist, being rejected from an activity in a foreign country is a nightmare.
The second trip was supposed to happen in the afternoon/ evening (pick up at 1.30pm) but the driver arrived at 8.45am. So we were not prepared at all and had to delay the activity for half an hour. I’m still awaiting the explanation from Holiplus on this. Anyway, we won’t use it anymore and don’t recommend it.

Had classic car in Havana Cuba and our driver was Raul, nice guy on time infact early, even took us to Cuba forest where all the other classic cars meet up for refreshments, well worth the money, had to pay when booked it 👍👍👍

Worst rental car experience ever.
1. Pick-up time 4,5 hours later than agreed and confirmed
2. Unfairly high charge of a full gas tank (4 times higher that the reals costs)
3. Gas tank was only 3 quarters full, although charged for a full gas tank.
4. Booking in English, But voucher in Spanish
5. Hidden Drop off charges
6. Wrong drop-off location.

Never ever ever again.

La casa que j’avais réservé n’a pas été celle que j’ai eu à mon arrivée
Il m’a été facturé 7 euros de plus que le montant trouvé sur internet
Je ne recommanderai pas cette plateforme de location et je ne l’utiliserai plus .

No problem. We get what we expected. Holiplus really help in this country where most of local casas don t have website.
