Alex was excellent

Alex was excellent. Could answer all questions. Responded all day, every day and night to emails. Many people on the cruise forum said their agents hadn't sent their documents in time, Alex sent ours in plenty of time for us to read them, and print them as a back up.

Book, book, book for a personnel experience

Thank you so much to Alex and the amazing experience booking through him for our next cruise in May.
It was so easy and he was with us every step of the way, even down to ordering me a birthday cake while l am on board. Thank you so much much you have made this trip really special and we will be booking through you again in the future🎉🥂🎉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ apologies for my texting error, now amended biking to booking 😱🤣

Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

This is possibly the 4th or 5th time as a family we have booked a cruise through holiday101 (Alex). Always reactive to finding the best deals and availability. Nothing is ever of any trouble, ask a question and get an answer. Genuinely we cannot recommend highly enough the service provided by Alex.
