No progress....small claims court for me !!!
So.... I've received another 3 auto generated emails ....telling me the good news that ive received my product ....the tracking number shows the product has been delivered to an address in Hounslow ( LONDON) I live in Newry Northern Ireland. The saga with this company goes on and on ....I'm afraid its the small claims court for me .....22 wmails is quite enough ......do NOT waste your hard earned money with this lot .....shop somewhere where yiur money wont be stolen !!!!

Spray actually worked better than the last brand
Had some stubborn burnt spots on my old pan, thought nothing would actually clean it. Tried this out first thing—most of the gunk came off after a couple wipes, which surprised me a bit. The nozzle was tight and didn’t leak like my last kitchen sprays. It’s already sitting under the sink now, but I wish the scent was less strong.

Edge stitching actually holds up well
Tested it side by side with a generic supermarket towel—this one’s stitching doesn’t come loose after a cycle in the washer, while the cheaper one unraveled instantly. Didn’t expect such a tight finish for this price point.

FLIMSY QUALITY, DOES NOT MATCH PICTURES ADVERTISED
Wish I had read the reviews before buying... I ordered a few sets of clothing from this website on the 26th of December. Firstly, only part of my order arrived, which was already a bad start. Secondly, the clothes were of quite bad quality, feeling flimsy, thin, and very synthetic, contrary to what I had seen on the advertised pictures.
Customer service has been useful, as I had accidentally ordered an incorrect size, and they managed to arrange for that to be corrected, and I have not received a refund for that yet, Still pending.
