I recently bought a Louis lamp table and I can fault it for quality and value I found house of fleur really helpful and would recommend them for there quality products and value for money

I bought the Arrianna table with the Kensington chairs.The table and chairs are absolutely beautiful and the chairs are so comfy. The coffee table is amazing too and I can’t believe that I was given this for free.There was a short delay for the chairs I wanted but due to this the chairs were put up for me free of charge. The price for everything was a bargain and I will definitely be buying again from here as they have so many well priced items that are all stunning! I love this shop and would a million percent recommend purchasing from here to anyone. Thanks so much House of Fleur. 🥰

I recently purchased something from House of Fleur Interiors. There was a slight delay in shipping (it was not their fault), I was kept up to date throughout and I received the item today! I am absolutely in love with it. I would definitely recommend.

Recently I purchased Arianna grey marble dining table with six lion knocker chairs.I can say it's Comfortable chairs are a must and are usually upholstered tactile fabrics in smart tones; table is a subtle statement-makers; and lighting is well-chosen and reminiscent of a deluxe eatery.
I sincerely appreciate the house of fluer Interiors responsiveness and the way you conduct business. THANKS.

I have updated my review to reflect my conversation with Paula. She made the time to contact me and apologies for the inconvenience and lack of communication. I believe she has taken over from the person I was dealing with and I feel she will make some positive changes that are required.
As a self employed person I can say that communication is 80% of any business and I feel Paula reflects that.

Possibly the worst company I have had to deal with in a long time. No communication at all. We spent £1200 to get our dinning table and chairs before Xmas. We heard nothing from them. After chasing and chasing we finally got told they will deliver after Xmas even though they promised that we will have it before Xmas. Again nothing, no communication. Then promised we will have it after new year. Again nothing. By this point it sunk in that we are dealing with a completely unprofessional company. Got hold of them again and asked for a refund. We where promised a refund withing 5-7 working days. Its now been 10 and Again nothing. I have had to make a complaint to my credit card company against this company. Avoid this company. You have been warned.

From the initial enquiry with Lindsay .
I was purchasing it for my sister who lives in London.
The store is base in Manchester.
We were kept updated every step of the way emails phones.
The night before delivery and the delivery day we were reminded as requested.
Drivers kept us updated on their time scale..
They have arrived in Brixton where parking is at a premium/ traffic wardens.
They had put the items in the room of my sister choice..
Which was a dining table and four chairs..
We couldn’t have ask ed for a better company , first class service at its best .. please support this company price quality delivery customer service is a rarely (But our experience with them were very good) I can’t wait to purchase from them again.

This review is base on a collection we had from another big company a few days before so much so the company have compensated us .. we don’t want compensation we just want good service..

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, couldn’t be happier with our dining table! Thank you again.

Ordered dinning table and has been promised that it will be delivered before Christmas (we didn't have dinning table for Christmas) I confirmed with the person before buying and she confirmed that we will get it.

The delivery date was supposed to be the 20th of December, there was no any communication at all from them. And when I finally could reach her on the 20th/12, she said that they can't deliver my purchase before Christmas, and it's not her fault but the delivering company, and she can't do anything about it 😪 WE DIDN'T HAVE DINNING TABLE FOR CHRISTMAS.

So I needed to cancel the order and ask for refund.

The same person said that the refund will be 5-7 working days (from the 22nd/12) , I haven't received anything at all. I asked on the 8th/1 where is the refund, and apparently nothing was done and she did it on the 8/1 only.

This purchase nearly destroyed my Christmas and new year!

Try Laura James if you need some furnitures guys! Not serious people here!

Great choice of table and chairs which were easily ordered. Communication was also great. When delivery was organised I was told that I would be notified an hour before. This did actually happen. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were very helpful and polite. All in all perfect company, perfect items and perfect delivery. Highly recommended

I ordered the marble table an gatsby TV stand absolutely made up with my items and the service from house of fleur was 5star from ordering to delivery!! I made a mistake my end but was easily fix thanks for all your help will definitely be ordering from house of fleur again!!

First time using this company. They were friendly, hassle free, responsive and quick on delivery. The Christmas tree I purchased is so beautiful, I will be scaling back on tree decorations. I would defiantly recommend the product and company. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

The Christmas tree I bought was absolutely beautiful. Amazing quality at such a low price. Customer service was brilliant. Replied to me within minutes and also went out of the way to make sure I could collect at a time that suited me. I really can not fault this company at all. I can't wait to make another purchase.
