Excellent customer service and…
Excellent customer service and excellent product! Was skeptical at first never having heard of the brand but was absolutely delighted with the attachable side table I purchased. Their customer support team even reached out to clarify on the custom dimensions to make sure the product would be as expected. Will be ordering a second one for the other side!

Your shelf is beautiful.
Installation was a nightmare!
Instructions were ONLY available in a language I do not understand. Diagrams are tiny and without translation from metric. Screws and toggles were inappropriate for interior drywall in my house.

Update:
Customer service ended up responding and sending a refund. Below is my original review. Changing from 3 to 5 stars.
The shelves are great and delivered timely.
However, I've written to the customer service and haven't heard back. One of the shelves was received damaged.

Shelves are Exactly What we Wanted
The shelves are exactly what we wanted! (It was difficult to find 4" deep shelves but Hofina delivered!!) The brackets were easy to install and the wood was high quality and beautiful. In addition, I had questions for Customer Service and they responded quickly and kindly. I have already placed an additional order with them!!
