Scam! Don't trust this website. Don't make a deposit. After you send them money the error appears that your payment is failed. For writing support you have to make an other payment))) that's insane

This is a fake website; funds won't be credited after you top up. Everyone, report it immediately.

It's a scam, tried to deposit twice and the transaction failed with an error without further explanation. To reach their help desk you have to make a successful deposit that never happens.

Do not deposit any money into this site under any circumstances. I deposited $100, but an error occurred; the support feature is locked, and to unlock it, you have to make another deposit—at least $20. I went ahead and deposited the $20, but it still threw an error. It is blatantly obvious that this site is a scam; after all, what reason is there for the support team not to have even a single email address?

Complete scam, money lost, Payment not credited!

I deposited 20$ as ERC20 but I lost it. There comes a history of 20$ with "Error" badge.
And cause no balance on my account and no active order, I can't contact support team.
This is really bad and fake platform.
I will advertise my bad experience on it

Scam, Payment not credited. It suggests contacting support, but you cannot do so without making a payment.

My transaction succeeded on-chain and HodlProxy detected it within minutes, well inside their ~1-hour payment window, but still marked the payment as failed and did not credit my balance.

Worse, support is locked unless you have an active paid service, so they effectively require you to deposit more money just to ask about the missing payment.
