Loved the sticky back card I received today , I have a caravan die set from tonic which this card will come in useful for as the colours are fab. The size of the box the product came in was far too big, for pack 60 A5 slimline card stock so maybe you could save on packaging…

I like to watch Hobbymaker and have order at least 8 times however I am always disappointed at the wait for the items to be delivered, Crafters Companion orders normally arrive after a few days which is great but other suppliers are always over well over a week, for this reason I have stopped ordering goods unless it's a really good deal and something I know I'm not gonna need to use in the following 2 weeks.
My other criticism is particularly with Crafters Companion, their mega deals just seem to be the same items rehashed into mega bundles week after week.

I have ordered and received a lot of parcels, I think I might of got carried away a big bit, but out of all the products I’ve ordered I’ve only had two not turn up, I wrote polite emails and received polite responses and as for my two missing parcels they made sure I got them. Thank you so much. When I said I had lots of parcels delivered I quote our friendly delivery driver said I thought you had won the lottery

I have fallen into the very clever trap of thinking I was ordering an item then receiving some thing totally different! I thought I had order a pack of A4 and A3 card to only receive the A4. I didn’t bother trying to argue as there Is no customer service worth bothering with. My answer, never order from them again!

Helpful customer service, always sound cheerful. My favourite presenter is Dave, he's always calm and gives helpful advice. My favourite shows are Hunkydory. I just love their products and always at a good price. I have learnt so much from watching Hobbymaker. My son moans when he sees me watching!!

Purchased storgare unit, made 3 payments and had no confirmation of delivery date. Got in touch several times they continued in same vein blaming the supplier and vice versa. Got delivery and then notification for a further delivery. Very unprofessional!! Will never use again

Have only purchased a few things but so far everything has been fine one delayed item but customer service checked and it had been shipped and arrived a couple of days later. Even at 3am cust service were helpful and polite

All the products that I have ever ordered have been delivered in perfect condition. I have experienced many happy hours using all the goods and the results are amazing. It has been a life saver, especially during Covid.

I've watched since day and I have picked up lots of bargains and tips along the way. and have found the customer service and the order line to be friendly and helpful, I mostly order online. My queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Goods are promptly dispatched and are of a high quality . I use them regularly and never had a problem.

I've been watching and buying from the start, with good service on the whole, but lately brands I like have disappeared from screen. Now I have to seek them out elsewhere. This is very disappointing. Hopefully HobbyMaker won't go the same way other companies have.

Love the craft demonstrations especially Leonie and Clarity Aall and Create delivery was good could be a little more professionally presented

I have purchased many items, from different suppliers, and received every item from HobbyMaker. Updates are regular from ordering to delivery. If there is a delay or problem with an order an update is given. Great Customer Sevices Team!! Very friendly and helpful.

I feel very lucky that all my dealings with HobbyMaker have been positive. All my orders have arrived as per my order. Any delays have been due to high volume of orders which is understandable when they are coming straight from suppliers.
Products have been good quality

Now have a good range of companies demonstrating and selling craft items
Prompt delivery and one postage price for 24 hours is fantastic

I love Hobbymaker and watch it most afternoons. The products always do as shown. The demonstrations are easy to follow and the Presenters are lovely.

On the whole I have been very happy with hobby maker and the products they demonstrate any issues I've had have been with a certain supplier which in fairness is not hobby makers fault

I love the variety of shows, the interaction between presenters and guests. The demonstrations are invaluable. If I've ever had an issue with anything, the customer service team are very friendly and helpful.
