Very happy with this company.
I have been dealing with this company for awhile now, and I am very happy with the service I get from them Postage is reasonable, and prompt. Prices are not too bad, although some are a lot more expensive, than buying on eBay. But all in all, my experience with them is excellence.

I ordered 2 items to save postage and when I received the package there is only 1 item then I reported and they said my other items has allocated to another customer and refunded
They should let me know before they sent the parcel to me instead of no notice till I received reported. If they let me before they send and I’ll definitely cancel this order.

Great detail, very accurate model
I was amazed when the model arrived and is an actual scale model, exact in detail, compared to the real thing.

Delivery/ packaging issues
The delivery time is good. Someone was home but didn't hear the bell contrary to the text message; package was left outside.
The padding was good but it deformed the plastic box of the dye cast car.

Seriously delay in delivery
Seriously delay in delivery. Yet the purchased items haven't been received over a week and I was updated it will be further delay till 30 June. I wonder why the parcel needs to transfer from NSW to QLD as I am living in NSW!
Update on 24 Jun 2022:
After Hobbies N Games' follow up, the delivery was expedited. Wish Hobbies N Games will consider to provide "click and collect" option to avoid the sub-standard delivery service provided by Australian Post.
