A partnership in the making...

The last load you did for us was the 9th one... as per the other 8... All went off according to plan. Goods were picked up on time and delivered as scheduled.

Acceptable return time on quote and…

Acceptable return time on quote and availability inquiry, prompt pick up and delivery, little to no response to status requests while enroute and POD info requests. The service was there, but control of communication was not.
