My daughter located the motor for my wife's Lumex bed. I placed the he order which went smoothly. Motor arrived in about one week from date of order. Lumex video showed how to install. All is now back in working order.

After 6 months of looking for a height adjustment knob for a Hugo Elite Walker, I emailed the manufacturer.
They gave me a list of companies who sold parts. I found the elusive knob on HME Medical Shop, and the walker is working again. Thank you.

Quick Release Pin delivered and functional.

Needed a quick release pin for a wheelchair, part arrived 4 business days later, but I did not receive tracking information. For a $40 part, it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I figured it out (had to re-orient the pieces and there was a hidden spring) - pin functions as intended.

Seat measurements advertised were accurate and seat fit perfectly. Unable to find this seat on other sites

Of the four suppliers I contacted, yours was one of only two easy-to-use websites. Of those two your reply was the more PROMPT & UNDERSTANDABLE. My order was acknowledged & shipping method & date communicated speedily. Packaging was PERFECT. THANK YOU.

Ordered a part for a wheelchair and the wrong part arrived. Tried forever to get a return label. Finally returned it on my own dime and now they refuse to refund it. Very snotty attitude. Stay away if you want customer service.

My new tote is exactly what I ordered and arrived when stated it would arrive. Would order from HME Medical again.

I will never purchase anything from this company again due to the fact I was mis-informed when I inquired about a product. Description on their website stated there were -2- pieces per item but customer service told me to I needed to order a qty. of -2- to fulfill my need. Got my pkg. & had a qty. of -4- items instead of -2-. Contacted customer service & was told their warehouse must have over-shipped & I could just keep the extra. I ordered a qty of -2- & paid for them. They will not give me a refund for the extra item I ordered since they state it's an over-shipment, now I'm stuck with an extra pair of grips that I don't need & I'm out of over $25. Terrible way to deal with a paying customer!!

Only place I could find a new batter for my bath lift and it arrived in 3 days, 2 days early. Will be using again

I placed an order 16 days ago that has not yet been shipped. I can't reach anyone at the company. I've emailed them on their site with no response. Their phone system claims they have online chat on their website, but that is nowhere to be found. So far, their service sucks! If I don't get a response, I will cancel my order and find another vendor. At this point I would say "stay away."

Overall it is good. I wish the price is cheaper though.

Ordered a replacement seat for Mom's rollator on April 22 . Got a text saying shipped with a tracking # . When I go to that tracking # Fedex says they'll ship as soon as they get the package . Now May 15 and no seat and can't talk to anyone on the phone or on line . SO frustrated .

Ordered a part on Aug. 16. I checked the status on Aug. 21 and it still showed as processing. So I called to ask about it and it took about 4 hours to finally get some kind of story about the manufacturer moving to new warehouse, bla bla bla. I was promised that the part would be shipped today, Aug. 28 but when I checked the status it still showed as processing. This time I contacted them through the chat feature on their website and was given another story about problems with the warehouse and it will be 48 to 72 hours before it can ship.

I finally informed them that I want it shipped tomorrow and the status updated with a tracking number or a full refund. Regardless of whether or not they actually ship the part tomorrow this is extremely poor service.

Just had the best Customer Service Experience with a gentleman named Mike. We received incorrect part in error but he made the entire return process so easy including emailing us the return label! Plus he immediately ordered us the correct part without recharging our credit card! I own my own business-we keep a sign posted that reads: "A customer doesn't remember the problem as much as they remember how the problem was solved".. I will remember HME Medical Shop for their great Customer Service! Thank you Mike!

I was in need of a walker and spoke to HME Medical Shop thru online chat and then called on the phone to place my order. Both representatives were very helpful and and showed a desire to help which is sadly lacking in so many businesses today. I am so glad to do business with them!

Adult Wenzelite Anterior Safety Roller ordered on April 7, 2018. As of May 30, no delivery, no response. My next step apparently will be to go to VISA for a refund and claim of fraud.

Was told item would ship 48 hrs after it was in stock. It did not. Called customer service, was told they would get it shipped ASAP, it did not. Called customer service, was told she arranged to have it shipped from manufacturer that day, it did not. Called today, was told no assistance could be given. Still hasn’t shipped.
