We sold an apartment and bought a bungalow. The sale was difficult because there was a long chain that broke once and later on was seriously held up. Two purchases fell through, but the final one needed to be processed quickly because of the vendor's circumstances.
All this was a lot to handle but Hannah's team of professionals were marvellous. They were thorough, efficient, and effective with excellent communication throughout.

First of all I used HMD LEGAL services for the purchase of my new home, The online system is very good, it shows every step of the process right up to exchange of contracts.
Hannah and Simay were excellent and responded to emails and phone calls promptly.
I also used HMD for the sale of my old home a totally separate transaction, Donna was excellent throughout keeping informed on contracts, transfers of funds etc.
All I can say it does pay to use small firms for an excellent experience on customer service.
I would have hesitation to recommend HMD and use them again myself.
