Made an online order for a lot of ramen pots. H Mart came up as the cheapest price on Google. H Mart website is straightforward to use, found what I wanted quickly and easily. They started processing on a Tuesday and everything arrived on Thursday. I haven't opened any packets yet, but the service has been problem free. Will be using them again.

Such a poor experience to order online. They dont pack stuff properly so I had fluid leak over my entire order ruining several products. Refused to offer any assistance until DHL picked up my goods, they never came to collect until I chased over a week later. No response from customer service at my complaint and merely resent the damaged items with zero compensation and it was my first (and quite substantial) order with them. Not even to refund expensive delivery charge. Avoid! If something goes wrong they literally do not care. Far better other online retailers selling the same products with way better prices and actual customer service.
Excellent selection of Asian groceries fresh and frozen foods. I especially like their fresh Asian vegetables and fruits that I can't find in other supermarket. It's 45 minutes drive for me but it's worth it.
I really appreciate their variety of food and their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop using them because they deliver with DHL and I have yet to receive an order (containing perishable food) anywhere near on time. H Mart was great about resolving this the first time, but it's still a major hassle.
Great place to buy my Kimchi. Very professional and friendly people to deal with. I've been using them for a few years now without any problems. Not easy to buy Kimchi for a reasonable price so H-Mart are much appreciated.
I purchase from Hmart every month, they always get my packages delivered safely and in time. Never had a problem yet. Lovely Company
