I first came across Hunter Jones in an add , I was curious about investing , I rang the company and got chatting to one of the staff , a Mr Daniel Hewitt ,he explained in detail what Hunter Jones was about , I made an investment of £10,000 over 4 yrs to a company building eco friendly houses in Turo Cornwall called Verto Homes , I found them to be a very trustworthy company , i have interest paid twice a year , every year with no problems and will be investing again at the end of my first term , possibly with Verto or any other company Mr Hewitt recomends , there is never any pressure to invest , and Daniell is always available if questions need to be asked,

I understood when making the investment that there was a risk. I didn't expect to lose everything as my advisor at HJ said this was the best opportunity for me. Knowing at the time that I had no investment experience and that this money was all I had and that I needed it back he still advised this very risky investment - even trying to persuade me to cash in my pension fund to further invest - Thank goodness that I didn't.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is that HJ do seem to be doing their best to make amends to all the investors who lost money in this venture.

Whole purchase process was very simple to execute

This company will come after your money until it’s all gone if you don’t put the phone down. Some of their salesman seemed to have none of the social skills, “rat up a sewer pipe” was how I described one to one of the partners. They take their commission from “investments” and if it goes wrong, nothing! Tough.

Have found them to be very helpful and professional in there dealings with me. Will have to wait and see if they are true to there word and the product performs as it was sold.

What can I say but repeat what I said in my last review. I have been dealing. With Hunter Jones for a number of years now and some of my investments have matured. The returns have been more than satisfactory.
I feel the investments are sound.
Daniel who I discuss my investments with is wonderful and helpful in answering my questions, and keeping me up to date with how things are progressing. Also, even though as I said I have had dealings with Hunter Jones for a number of years now. I do not feel that I am taken for granted. I feel I can ring up anytime and everyone at Hunter Jones are friendly helpful and I have every confidence in the company.

The investments offered are very promising. In addition, the underlying projects are most admirable. I regard in-person meetings as critical prerequisites to investing and in that regard, Elliott Skinner is a pleasure to deal with.

I personally have found my dealings with Hunter Jones to be very professional.
I have found the people I have dealt with within the company to be very helpful.
And the best thing,I have my own personal advisor Elliott,which I can call on at anytime.

I have never invested in this kind of investment. This was my first attempt. Mr Lee Charles have been very helpful and encouraging. He explained the entire process which was very tempting. The deal was much better than the banks and he updated me a lot. He is one of the most super marketers which I have met.

Out of all the alternative investment advisories, I found these folks closer to reality. They have some really good partners who are vested in good projects.

The options were explained to me and I was allowed plenty of time to think about it without being pressured. The investment opportunities were very enticing, and all my questions were answered, which meant I felt comfortable in making my investment. Following that, my account manager has continued to be in touch, showing that the company does not forget about its clients once they have invested. Hunter Jones was a leading Introducers of Property Investment Opportunities to Self-Certified Investors; experts in UK and European property-backed interest-bearing Loan Notes; specialise in introducing to the client a portfolio of innovative property backed opportunities, offering security and attractive returns over a fixed term.
Security is the first and only legal charge over the property assets; offering the same security as a bank or any other lender, and Security Trustee; who provide you with additional reassurance throughout the term of your loan.
I first become acquainted with HJ after receiving a speculative call from an Account Manager, initially, prior to this I already have a similar investment. Therefore, as a cautious individual I also had reservations whether HJ were credible. However, during ensuing conversations with an Account Manager they gained my trust (referencing the above features; the benefits/drawbacks, etc.) and were transparent; explaining the life cycle of the model and answering any queries to alleviate any concerns I initially had.
To date, I have invested with Hunter Jones in two Empire Property Holdings portfolios; the first EPH (1) loan note returned approx.13.5% interest per annum. On maturity, I reinvested the proceeds into EPH (2); with an earlier redemption date, returned interest of 12.4% pro rata per annum, with a balance of 2.60% to follow (it has now been redeemed).
I then reinvested the proceeds (capital return) from EPH (2) into Magna Global Ltd portfolios with a fixed average monthly return of 1% pcm over 3 years (Growth Option 2% bonus per annum), accumulated interest 42%.
Mar 20, Magna are currently experiencing cashflow problems in repaying investor's capital and interest back in full, resulting in deferring maturity payments back to investors and currently preparing a strategy which is acceptable to investors to repay both capital and interest back in full.
Jan 21, Magna Global Ltd and Dolphin Ltd, Germany (alleged acts of fraudulent use of overseas investors' monies'), are both declaring insolvency and in the process of liquidation.
Jan 24, the process is still ongoing, and HJ are still trying to find a resolution in the best interest of Magna investors.
