Jordan H come down to a Parkway scheme today and the service, attitude, patience and willingness to go above and beyond was a real breath of fresh air. Hixtra have been great to deal with as always. Thank you very much as always.

Had connor on site today. Was very professional, communicated well with ground workers during works. Followed the sites health and safety and site rules with no issues. Got the job done. Would be happy to have him on site again.

Harry was great for the two days of CBR testing, on time, professional and efficient to our deadlines. Will be using Hixtra again on this project and then again in the future.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received. Initially, I was assured by an advisor that I would receive the results the following day. However, this turned out to be an inaccurate promise. I subsequently spoke with Manager Kevin, who clarified that next-day delivery was not feasible, but assured me the report would be available by Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I have yet to receive the results, nor have I been provided with any meaningful updates. The lack of communication and repeated dissemination of incorrect information has been extremely frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I made it clear from the outset that this matter was both urgent and important. Unfortunately, the continued miscommunication and failure to deliver have demonstrated a serious lapse in service standards. It is evident that both staff and management would benefit from further training to ensure accurate information is provided and customer concerns are handled with the appropriate urgency.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a formal response outlining the steps being taken to resolve the issue.
