HitFilm I owned for over ten years then when it was sold they tried to stop me from using it then they corrupted my files with a trojan and destroyed my 3 year work on a film. This new company is so evil and they will fall and no longer be used by anyone ever again. They should be arrested for terrorism to clients form the original owners. Artlist is a satanic evil demonic company.
Used to be a very great log years ago when it was really free. Now they pretend it is, but you have to pay to export your content. Run away

I purchased and now it doesn't work Tried for over a week to cancel with 5 emails as there is not other way to cancel and get no responses. Not a friendly program to use. customers should be able to cancel right from the web site.

Terrible. I downloaded the Hit Film Express package and paid £8 because I like to support creators, even though I could have got it for free. Once it was downloaded the programme wouldn't even open at all. The same error message came up every time. I reached out to the company for support TWICE and they never got back to me despite the message on their website that says they will get in touch with you within 48 to 72 hours. I never received any correspondence from them whatsoever. As I was working to a deadline I went elsewhere and downloaded Shotcut for free. A waste of time and money spent on HitFilm.
Absolue crap, i live with the watermark but there is some stupid noise in the backround that RUINS the whole video get something else like davinci resolve or something like that cuz i aint paying 700 euro for a lifetime subscription dont get it!!
You will not get better Video Editing for free, and you wont find a cheaper video editor for the pro version. With a tonne of other stuff and plugins for other products, its seriously easy to learn and heaps powerful.
Also, they are forever posting youtube vids and tuts on doing yet more stuff. Video editing wise. Its also an insane compositor ( making fancy special effect shots and bits.)
