If I could put zero stars I would .I run a motorcycle sales and workshop in rotherham .I ordered a voltage regulator. The item arrived .it was apparently a revised part. Part fitted by our enfield trained techy .the part created issues that weren't there previously and not charging .we swoped that unit from an identical bike on stock .worked perfectly .contacted them twice but was told on both occasions that I would have to pay for the part again before they would send out replacement then return faulty unit for testing..it's like speaking to robots .we spend lots of money with other supliers and have never encountered this .if you run a motorcycle business I suggest strongly that you sauce your parts from alternative supliers that offer same oe parts at less money .

Don't know how you do it, but as with most, if not all, of your orders, they seem to arrive the very next day here in the UK. Thanks again, great service.

Hitchcock's sold me a screen for my Enfield Bullet 500. The scree and fittings arrived fast, superbly packaged and complete to the last washer, checked against an exact contents list. All parts were in excellent condition. Hitchcock's online fitting guide was clear and easy to follow. A good experience.

Spring is here so time to get my Royal Enfield out.

The batteries dead! Sunday evening now and I ordered a direct (gel) battery replacement. The battery arrived safely by tracked delivery Wednesday afternoon.
Just fitted the battery this afternoon, an easy direct fit and I'm back on the road ready for summer.

I have used Hitchcock's several times over the years and each time I have had good service. This time I ordered a low value small part. Post and packing was very reasonable and it arrived the next day

Across one year, I have been ordering a few bits and bobs for my RE Classic 500, and always had good experiences. First with he oil change kit, then with new footrests.
The page on the website where there is the part book and you can see the exploded view and click on the specific component you need is amazing and has saved me a couple of times.
Dispatch and delivery times are also impressive, I usually get my orders in one or two days.

I ordered a part for my RE350 Classic yesterday afternoon. Soon after I received a message to say my bike part had been picked packaged and ready to send. This morning the new bike part was delivered by Royal Mail.

Bought a FuelX for my KTM 390 and it arrived incredibly fast. They helped me choose the right version, and the Lite has transformed my bike. I also ordered a DNA filter and side stand eliminator both arrived the next day. Great advice, quick processing, and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Peu de temps avant la livraison, je reçois un mail de UPS me demandant de m'acquitter de la somme de 44€ de FRAIS D'IMPORTATION 🤔(Frais gouvernementaux: €23.00
Frais de UPS Brokerage et des agences gouvernementales partenaires: €17.50
T.V.A: €3.50.
Ce montant correspond à plus de 38% du prix de ma commande😲.
Il aurait été souhaitable que les frais d'importation qui sont quand même conséquent, soient clairement chiffrées lors du processus avant de valider la commande.
Point positif:
Site internet très clair et bien fait avec photos et descriptif détaillé pour chaque pièces.
Possibilité de personnaliser sa moto avec des pièces qui sont très qualitatives.
Autre point, la livraison du colis a été ultra rapide.
