Absolutely appalling company and customer service. Bought a part from Hisensespares on 27th june , it was advertised immediate dispatch and delivery within 2 days. As my part didn’t arrive i contacted them and they keep sending me some robotic responses how they are sorry as they are supplier hasn’t shipped yet. Every day for 10 days same old response and few days ago they said if they can’t ship they will refund so i can buy it elsewhere. They stop responding now for 5 days and i will have to contact my bank to file charge back. They also operate under ransomspares.co.uk
I thought I'd been scammed, but the correct part turned up in the end
I ordered a part for my fridge/freezer. I never got an email confirmation - fortunately I'd taken a screenshot! Without it, the only proof of purchase I'd had would've been my credit card bill.
The part must've been on back order. It was advertised as taking 3 weeks, but it took 2-3 months before it was eventually delivered.
The customer service email people were slow to reply and not all that helpful. They did tell me the part was on order though. I'm so glad I took that screenshot of the order number, otherwise I'd have had absolutely no way to reassure myself that it (might) be on route.
When the part actually arrived, it was exactly what I was looking for (thanks hisensespares.co.uk!). So, good end result, but poor interim communication.

Absolutely Terrible experience!!! I ordered a cooker hood filter on 18 Feb, it never arrived and it took me multiple times of emailing and threatening court action for them to finally give me my refund almost 3 months later. No compensation was given, and despite multiple requests they never sent me a complaints procedure. AVOID!!!!
Told I would have to wait a month after purchasing an 'In stock' part
I purchased a Hisense shelf which was shown 'In stock'. I purchased it and paid more for a next working day delivery.
I received no further information about when it was sent out etc. When it didn't arrive as expected I contacted support by email. The second email I received was to explain that they were chasing their suppliers! When I checked there website the shelf was still showing as 'In stock'
I then received an email saying that they were waiting for this 'In stock' item to arrive in the country and they were expecting it to arrive in 4 weeks time!
I looked on eBay and discovered the same item from 'shop4spares' at a slightly lower price and for delivery in 3 days. I purchased it and it arrived on time. So problem solved...
So at the same time I checked whether the Hisense order was still showing 'In Stock'. Both Hisensespares and shop4spares emails were from the domain ransomspares.co.uk.
From other reports it appears that Ransom Spares has a number of different public facing identities, and also appears to share the same inventory catelogue. As I see it there is nothing wrong with that. What was disappointing was that they sold an item that showed was in stock and had no problem telling the customer it was not. It is misselling to advertise an item as in stock if it is not.

It's just a front for multiple companies all of which seem fairly poor.
Ordered multiple parts for my Hisense Fridge freezer. The website didn't link my order to a new account setup. It seems as though Hisense spares is operated by Ransom Spares and the items were sent by a different company again (Pacifica Spares) so the order took a while to be shipped. Along with that of the 3 items only 2 arrived (the one that didn't was the most expensive)
I tried to contact "Hisense spares" through their website contact form and it's non-responsive so I've contacted Ransom spares but it seems they do not recognise my order number. I did pay with PayPal so will be raising it with them so fingers crossed 🤞

I feel 1 star is too generous, my order never arrived, then it didn't exist according to them, then it was sent but must have been lost, I've been offered a refund, then they said the item I ordered they don't stock, then a priority refund (whatever that is), then a box arrived with the wrong item in, they haven't acknowledged my request to return them but have offered me 10% off my next order! I've now had to request the money back through my bank! DISGUSTING service

Complete scam website. Complained to HiSense UK head office. Never got a response.
Avoid the integrated fridge freezer RIB291F4AWF. Bulb fused 2 times in 2 years. Fridge door doesn't hold a standard UK supermarket 4 pint carton of milk. Cheap quality leading to freezer draw to crack.
I tell everyone to avoid HiSense.
absolute joke of a service
Ordered a spare door seal for a hisense tumble dryer, didn't realize it said delivery would take 14-28 days until after I'd ordered, decided to lump it. Checked on the order after 36 days as had not arrived, it says awaiting dispatch, absolute joke of a service!
Excellent service
I've ordered from Hisense Spares a few times over the past couple of years. They're always great, but my most recent experience was excellent. I've ordered a couple of parts over the past week trying to fix an issue with my washing machine - on the latest purchase one of the team has obviously realised the issue I'm having. They packed my order & also included some instructions on the error code causes/fixes(I didn't ever communicate an error code or any of the issues I was having), they also added a couple of secondary items to make sure I had everything I needed to fix the issue without needing to make yet another order. The knowledge needed to identify remotely without any communication is exceptional, it was also an incredibly kind thing to do in the lead up to Christmas. My machine is now fixed. Thank you so much!

I odered 2 parts for my Fridgemaster Fridge/Freezer (as I rent a property and the freezer drawer and fridge shelf had been broken). At the time of ordering delivery eta was 2-3 days, then I emailed them and they said eta within 10-14 days. I contacted them on day 13 as no tracking details sent and they advised updated ETA of *4 MONTHS*
No apology, etc. Absolutely useless. Have bought new fridge/freezer. If I could give zero starts, I would

21st September placed an order for manufacturer part no K2003587. Website says despatches with 2 weeks, it is now 27th of October and we have had constant delays with no communication as to why until we emailed to find out, we have now been told it’ll be up to 3 more weeks and just get told it’s “delayed”.

I ordered some integrated fridge spares almost a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I've had to contact them via email twice, spoke to Annabelle A who says they've contacted the supplier and will get back to me but still nothing from her. I've emailed again asking for a full refund! Let's see if they can manage that at least.

TERRIBLE - SCAM
Placed an order on 30th Aug which has not been received. Raised an enquiry via the website & was contacted by Amabelle A who has since confirmed they have delivered my part to the incorrect address. I have since emailed a further 3 times asking when this will be resolved & I wish to raise a complaint but I am receiving no response.
