In my opinion, Hiry is THE place to be if you're working in D2C so I highly recommend joining if you can. Obviously they won't guarantee gigs (you results and past experiences might not be impressive) but for anyone who's good, you're gonna be very very pleased with the platform. Plus, Florian (one of the co-owners) personally jumped on a call with me to ensure that my profile will get maximum attention from business owners. I have been working with Hiry for a few years now, and in every way the experience has been amazing.

Recruited twice, interviewed twice, never got a job offer. Was contacted by Hiry recruiters twice on LinkedIn over three months, each time with roles priced well above market rate. Both times the process followed the same pattern: a brief generic interview, then a request to fill out an application form and sign up to their platform. No real job opportunity followed either interaction. One of the interviews I intentionally skipped, and received a follow-up email thanking me for "a great chat." Be aware of what you're signing up for if you engage with their outreach. This appears to be talent data collection more than genuine recruitment.
