I went in expecting another generic "personal branding" package. It wasn't that.

The 1-on-1 sessions with the mentor and the firm research team stood out most. They pushed back on a few companies I was fixated on and helped me calibrate the outreach instead of just widening it, which is exactly where most senior candidates get it wrong. Too broad, and you come across desperate. Too narrow, and you miss half the market that would've said yes.

What surprised me was how the research tied back to my actual experience. It wasn't a template with my name pasted in. Someone had clearly sat with my background, my mid-career goals, and the industries I was circling, and used all of that to shortlist firms and conversations that made sense for where I actually wanted to go.

Running a program this individually customized for senior professionals, especially around something as high-stakes as a career transition, is hard to pull off well. HireVeda's team has the right mix of process and judgment to actually deliver it.

Its nothing but sending cold emails and expecting something to click. One should be able to do the whole thing himself if ready to spend 10-12 hours a week and one paid subscription for getting email addresses. Resume writing service is terrible as they don't understand nuances of a resume and just trying enter metrics. I would strongly discourage wasting money for this program

I joined execedge program. I was given mentorship, and suggestions on where would I fit. The team was sincere in searching relevant leads, and suggesting draft responses. I actually just had to send emails, the response rate was more than 30%. Really enouraging.

To early in the process to give feedback. I do feel some of the resume feedbacks were not incorporated so I had to do it myself. In terms of compnay I do feel most of them are agri tech and diversity is missing. But again we can see how the process goes
