The ndis told me in a planning meeting that im not allowed to unlock kms but the worker keeps nagging for it and hire up keeps pushing had to refer the matter to my sc because they kept pushing

The platform is great
The platform is great. Once you are up and running everything is so easy. Once you have booked shifts payment is so easy. Finding shifts can take time.

I think the process is quick and easy to navigate.
The only small downside is not hearing back from clients that I have sent messages to. Just a little reply would be helpful in knowing if they have received a message.

Ease of use of portal to find a suitable carer for our daughter, as well as easy access to see what service is being provided.
The invoicing process is also very simple to follow.

Call Hireup for hired help
Hireup has an easy process to sign up, profile the customer and choose the service you need. I like the way they call up and make sure you understand the process so you can make the overall experience of getting help as painless as possible. I am happy with Hireup
and would recommend them.

Very easy system to use
Very easy system to use. Everything is done for you, in that tax and super with workcover are paid for you. There is good follow up available if required.
