I love my sweatshirt
I love my sweatshirt. I ordered it some time ago but due to COVID 19 I didn’t get it for a long time. I knew that is how everything is going right now so I wasn’t upset. The sweatshirt is exactly like I expected and is high quality. It will be great when the weather cools down.

Never Again
Ordered an item in May 19, 2020. Checked my order status June 11, 2020 and sent an email to customer support. I received an email back June 12, 202 saying my item would ship June 10, 2020!?!? Unless someone is a time traveler, impossible and a bald face lie. Sent another email stating I had ordered the shirt for my mother's birthday, and needed the shirt by June 26th. Got a 30% refund and another "Our apologies,we sent this to our production team" response. As of today, June 29, 202, still have not received my item, no updates, it says it is still printing (for over a month!!), and got another " Our apologies, we will send this to our production team" response. A refund of 20% will be posted but they are sorry they can't refund the whole price because it's in the "production stage" 🙄. So I never received my item and never will probably. Never again. Fool me once, you won't fool me twice.
