Mein Mann und ich haben eine Immobilie in Andalusien gefunden. Für die Finanzierung benötigten wir eine kleine Hypothek. Bei der Überlegungen wie wir das in Spanien bewerkstelligen können, ist mein Mann im Internet auf diese Agentur gestoßen. Da wir uns die Verhandlungen mit den Banken selbst weder sprachlich zugetraut haben, noch einen Einblick über die Unterschiede der verschiedenen Banken hatten, haben wir uns dafür entschieden, eine Hypothekenvermittlungsagentur zu beauftragen. Tatsächlich war dies die beste Entscheidung die wir treffen konnten!
Alberto und Luis haben nicht nur die Vermittlung der Hypothek für uns vermittelt, sondern uns bei dem gesamten Prozess des Immobilienerwerbes in Spanien so gut beraten, dass wir zu jederzeit besser beraten waren, als die Verkäufer selbst, die einen Makler, einen Buchhalter, eine Anwältin und selbst 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Spanien mitgebracht haben. Das heißt, die Agentur hat sich nicht einfach nur um die Vermittlung der Hypothek gekümmert, sondern auch darum, dass wir und die Bank auf der sicheren Seite sind! Wir haben natürlich auch eine gute und solide Hypothek abschließen können. Wir sind wirklich so dankbar für die großartige Arbeit, die sich Alberto und Luis für uns gemacht haben. Ich weiß gar nicht, ob ich das hier so schreiben kann, weil man den Arbeitseinsatz der beiden eigentlich nicht erwarten kann, aber Alberto und Luis waren wirklich zu fast jeder Tageszeit, am Wochenende, an Feiertagen und sogar im Urlaub für uns erreichbar! Wenn wir an der ein oder anderen Stelle von einer Servicewüste in Deutschland sprechen, war diese Erfahrung das genaue Gegenteil! Die Kommunikation über Mail hat immer gut funktioniert!
Wir können die Agentur ohne irgendeinen Vorbehalt, wirklich jedem der eine Hypothek in Spanien benötigt, empfehlen!

Casi todo el proceso de compraventa lo hice desde Estados Unidos con 9 horas de diferencia lo cual no era lo ideal, pero desde el principio hasta el final todo fue suave como la seda con ellos, trabajé con Pablo y Maria Jose y mostraron gran flexibilidad y excelente trato humano.

La comunicación fue extremadamente fluida a pesar de la distancia y siempre contestaron a todas mis preguntas en un corto plazo, con detalle y cuando nos comunicábamos por video conferencia siempre se tomaban el tiempo de explicarme todo con paciencia y de una manera clara. Además Maria durante la fase de cierre demostró gran atención al detalle y se encargó de que no quedara ningún cabo suelto trabajando estrechamente con la directora de la sucursal y mi abogado evitando cualquier sorpresa de ultima hora y dandome tranquilidad.

Por ultimo, me consiguieron una hipoteca con unas muy buenas condiciones, tal es así que hasta el notario quedó sorprendido.
Por todo lo comentado, recomiendo encarecidamente Hipoteken y espero que mi consejo sirva de tanta utilidad como el que me dio mi amigo a algunos de vosotros

First time I have ever brought a property abroad and was very nervous. Daniel and Maria were AMAZING. The process from start to finish was so smooth. They reassured me when needed, explained in simple terms and all documents that needed signing were easy and well explained. We had the guidance from Hipoteken from when we started searching for our dream home in Spain. It was a bumpy ride, with a lot of viewings and bids.

I was in contact with three different agencies for a mortgage to buy a house in Spain.
Really quick a could already see, that hipoteken is a on different level, not only proffessionaly but also on a personal level. Of course I had a 1000 questions and they were able to give 1000 perfect and clear answers. Definitely can't say that about other contact persons I had.
Alberto was my first contact and was simply AMAZING! Once I got the green light my contact person was Luis, again AMAZING. I was on the phone with him while at the bank in spain, as he helped me there ... also translating.
100% recommend for the service but also the interest rate was 0.4% better than the next best offer.
