Website Down for 10 Hours Because Support is Asleep

Do not use Himalayan Host for any serious business. My website crashed due to a simple server-side error (a stuck PHP process). This is a known issue that takes their admins exactly 30 seconds to fix with one restart button.

Instead, their support team completely ignored my emergency ticket for over 10 hours while my website sat completely offline to customers. They offer zero urgency and terrible technical support.

ANY 5 STAR REVIEW YOU SEE HERE ARE FROM THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES

No support. No technical expertise. Random data loss. Random dns issues. Can't login to cpanel at times.

They provide no explanation or even an apology for their mistakes and inaction.

They will refuse to make any fixes on their end.

Worst and worst support team ever faced

Within a month I faced 3 to 4 times website down. when asking about it, the support team will reply like `unplanned system upgrade. your site will be up automatically`. At this time, my site has been suspended since yesterday, for almost 16 hours. when asking them about this suspension, they just said `It will take time to resolve`. after that, I asked them many times in support they didn't reply to a single line of message.

A Great Hosting in Nepal, Someone from the live chat assisted me fast and yes my issue was also responded instantly. I highly recommend everyone to take hosting from here. My experience has been blazing fast speed and amazing performance. The Servers are just wow.

At first, I was confused with some reviews but After i took it, Its amazing. Best among every other provider in nepal.
