I recently used HM3 for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new one, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Dan, Grace & Courtney handled the process with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication.
They kept me informed at every stage, explaining any legal details in a straightforward and accessible way, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Emails and calls were always responded to promptly, and I felt confident that everything was being handled thoroughly and carefully.

I dealt mainly with Frances in Trusts and Wills and she was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. My case was complex and had been messed up previously by two other firms but Frances was very quickly able to work out what on earth they had done then resolve it. I always new where I stood, what was being done, by whom and how long it would take. Pricing was clear and there were no nasty shocks. Frances was the first legal expert NOT to tell me what I wanted to hear and to actually be correct. She knew exactly what she was doing and made a horrendously stressful experience way less unpleasant. I cannot recommend her and HM3 Legal highly enough. I would definitely use them again.

I moved to HM3 Legal (Chester) following a professional referral after hearing positive reviews. I had previously been with another solicitors’ firm, but I felt no progress was being made and that my voice wasn’t being heard during a cohabitation dispute.
Holly Thomas was my point of contact and the solicitor allocated to my case. From Day 1, the standard of service exceeded every expectation I had. Holly took the time to meet with me 1‑to‑1 to fully understand the outcome I wanted, and she consistently went the extra mile to ensure I was at the centre of every decision.

Dreadful. The wills and probate department is ok but conveyancing is the worst I experienced in 45 years. Purchase, searches only done 4 months in, numerous contradictive findings, not pucked up, most of my documents send by post and email lost by assistant who had no idea or understood basic english. In addition it yurned out my buyers never had a real offer but as it was only 4 units nobody knew fir 4 months. Nobody was in charge, nobody had a clue, yet 4 people, 2 solicitors, where in charge.

Thank you for your reply. Taken this was ongoing for about 3 months I find it hard to believe that certainly this team was ever any different. Just gettng a reply or trying to speak to somebody per telephone was a nightmare.
