I went to repair my car, the customer service was really good and the assistance was perfect. Overall, I really enjoyed the service.

Sufi was very helpful, courteous and attentive. He answered all our queries regarding the Yaris we were purchasing and we felt very happy with our purchase. There were plenty of vehicles at the showroom to peruse helping us make our decision.

Easy and efficient service and MOT. Dropped it off with Claire in the morning and was ready to collect mid afternoon. Claire kept me up-to-date with what was going on at all times.

Car was booked in promptly by Claire, the service rep. I was notified wuthin the hour of service inspection. The work required was clearly explained by Claire. The car was ready ahead of time and returned in a clean condition.

Barrington Lewis, the salesperson I met, was courteous and helpful. He gave full information about the various options available, but did not pressurise. The test drive with him was excellent, especially for someone who hadn't driven an automatic for several years. The facilities at the showroom were very good with plentiful tea and coffee, friendly staff, and, most impressively a chair lift and beautiful disabled facilities.

I had a great experience purchasing my Aygo X from Hills of Woodford. When I first visited, I wasn’t planning to buy a new car at all—my budget was more suited to a used one. However, after looking around for a while, I decided to visit Hills as I’ve always liked Toyotas.

In the showroom, I saw the perfect car for me in terms of size and colour, and it was a 2025 registration. It was obviously a little out of my price range, but the Customer Consultant, David, was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me the reassurance I needed. I went away to think about it and, during that time, found the exact same model at another dealership for slightly less.
When I returned and shared this with David, he and the team were kind enough to price match, which I really appreciated. Buying a car is a big expense, but once I decided to go ahead, David made the whole process very easy. Communication throughout was clear and straightforward, and the experience felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I am a returning customer and booked my car in recently for its annual service and MOT. The sales adviser Claire Denning confirmed the type of service that I had requested and the additional work that was to be carried out.
Unfortunately, an issue was found with the car during its health check with required some parts to be ordered in. Claire assured me the car would be ready the following day and indeed it was. I picked up my car the following day and overall i’m very happy with the result.

Always been happy with service at this branch. Car went in for routine MOT. Easy to drop keys into locker & Claire was my contact. She kept me informed of the work & I trusted her recommendation on a tyre needed replacing. No hard sell of the top range expensive tyre which I appreciated. All the staff here are very friendly

I purchased a Toyota Yaris Cross from this dealership on 5th January and am extremely happy with the whole experience. I was very ably assisted by Barrington Lewis who took great care to help me understand all of my options and was extremely fair in his advice. I was offered excellent deals on both servicing and insurances and I felt that I was in very trustworthy company with him and with the whole company. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership.

Arrived on a freezing New Years Eve to buy a used AYGO I’d seen on the website. Was met by the cheerful receptionist and David the salesperson. He made the process easy, provided me with reassurance (I was a novice at car purchasing) gave me all the relevant info I needed clearly and succinctly. He answered any and all of my random questions and has been really proactive post delivery of the car assisting with queries around service history etc.
Overall I’m very impressed at how straightforward everything was. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
