Good but one minor flaw
Now arrived. Happy with it, took a star off as would have been good to have a 'slip on' belt clip rather than a carabina - tends to swing around when walking. Other than that it's a great design.

Hi Sharon, we don’t control when trust pilot sends review invitations, it is an automated system that we can’t adjust to keep it unbiased. Unfortunately you ordered just before a 2 day bank holiday, your item was dispatched on Tuesday afternoon following us receiving your order on Tuesday morning. Once the item is handed to Royal Mail it is completely out of our control unfortunately, as you selected the free 2nd Class shipping, Royal Mail’s SLA to deliver is 2-3 working days, which would start on Wednesday. I would therefore expect you to receive your item by tomorrow, however Royal Mail often have a backlog after a bank holiday and may have extended delivery times as a result. We are sorry if that was not what you were expecting when you placed your order with us. H&H

Poor courier service
Product and everything from Hills and Hound was faultless… less so the delivery service… throwing a parcel over the fence for the dogs to find no open wasn’t very clever, esp as we have a large very obvious mail box. Thankfully only damage was the paper and plastic. However; I did email H&H about this and never heard back… so they may see this via the review. 5 stars for product and service but no stars for postage service
