Total lack of communication re delivery and tracking made me suspect a scam as the receipt was from Hounds & Hills an unknown company but the order was placed with Ruff & Tumble. Messages sent to H&H were not replied to asking for delivery details and tracking.
The order was fulfilled unexpectedly with delivery by Royal Mail eventually after messages to Ruff & Tumble

I since receiving it I’ve checked my boxes for an email giving despatch and delivery details from yourselves but have failed to find any other than one showing an automated GR code and when on looking into that no details of my delivery were shown other than a generic message my goods had been delivered 2 hours previously which of course was not the case. I sent 2 further messages saying no delivery had been made and asking again for details of who would deliver and when but I received no answer to either of these.
I accept this may have been a one off omission but my comment was true as I experienced it. In view of this I’ve added a further star.
The goods a dog drying coat arrived unexpectedly in the post 5 days later and it is an excellent product.

Great product, perfect fit (size medium) for my cocker spaniel and a great colour. I have wanted to buy one of these for ages and definitely worth it, especially during the winter months after a wet and muddy walk!!

Great product and great customer service. Easy to get hold of Hills and Hound and they also reply very promptly. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Fabulous dog robes.. excellent quality.. initial problem due to Royal Mail leaving the parcel in our rubbish bin and not posting a note to us so had to chase up.. good communication and all finally sorted due to no fault on sellers part 5***

Was searching for a ruff and tumble drying coat on their website, but they never had what i was looking for. I was directed to Hills & Hounds as a supplier and bingo they had what i was looking for. I found ordering very easy and their delivery was free and the goods arrived very quickly. I’d definitely order from them again.

Lovely warm green coat for my 11year old cocker spaniel, keeps him clean! I haven’t washed yet. Not easy to remove even though I followed instructions hence the 4 stars and not 5

The towelling drying coat I ordered came promptly & is a perfect fit and the colour (Sandringham Blue) suits her perfectly.

The website was very easy to navigate ordering and checkout was easy, the product was delivered on time and the quality was as I expected I would certainly order from them again
