Love Highlight Crafts! Recently got into digital card making and their downloads are wonderful. Have used their dies and free education for the past couple of years. Beautiful images and very good quality products. Joining the Highlight Club is a must. Its free to join and the benefits are really good.

This company goes that bit further to give customer satisfaction. I e-mailed with a query on how to use one of their products and had very quick response with the information I needed. Always willing to help.

I first discovered Highlight crafts when they were at my local craft show last year. I have ordered from them on several occasions and each time my products have arrived well packed and within 48 hours. When I bought a die cutting machine they were very helpful when I emailed them for advice. 5* products and service .

The loyalty point scheme is generous and appreciated as well as the points awarded for your birthday. Customer service is excellent. On the very rare occasions I have had to get in touch (both times my fault) my enquiry has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Dispatch times are quick. I haven’t a bad word to say about them.
