Downloads are so easy. I have just purchased artwork for My Craft Studio so now I am hooked on that!! Love how everything works together on the software and the scanNcut. So many nice projects to choose from. I had to talk to customer service about another order a few weeks ago and they were very helpful.

My new die cutting machine broke down after only having it for 6 weeks. I was sent a label to return it for repair or replace and the machine was collected from my home. Was kept informed of its progress and after testing it was found it couldn't be repaired so I was offered a replacement. This was sent to me straight away . The whole process was completed in a week. Absolutely brilliant service.
