Don’t buy online! They wont refund! !!!
Having gone through the arduous task of having to use FedEx to return their items to Italy, which involves a customs officer checking contents in front on you before sealing up the box with security tape, they then say all the contents were not in the box! They say they will check with their warehouse staff. Two months later of emails back and forth and still they have no answer and NO refund for me. This is just time wasting strategy’s on their part. Don’t waste anytime in reporting this fraudulent company to your credit card company so they can claw back your money for you. Next stop Virgin Credit Card disputed transactions

Lovely clothes and IMPOSSIBLE to return. Paperwork to return to Italy where the clothes are made, is not accepted by any fed ex store. There is no customer service phone line. chat does not work. email takes about 3/4 days to come back to you. Do not waste your time
