I ordered time release hay bags. However they sent me cheaper option and after several months of chasing them I received £1 refund. It's sounds like a lot of people have had similar situations.. stay well clear from them.
Scammers. Ordered a certain product and recived completely something else, they won't deal with you. Glad that I sorted out the issue thru my credit card bank. Be aware!
I live in Austria and had an order for over 500 € . I sent a prototype of a dice to them and they promised they'll make me identical dices as I wanted.
But the company made them to small and with geometrical failures ( face not in the center and so on ).
They didn't make any efforts to improve my contentedness and left me with the wrong dices I haven't ordered this way.
Serveral times I have asked them to make some settlement for both but without response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We were extremely happy with our final products from Hicreate Games. We ordered 500 copies on our first order and the printing/overall quality was excellent. The pricing was very competitive after reaching out to other suppliers too.
In the custom sample, there were some minor errors and the color was a bit off, but the bulk order was spot on and the color was perfect. The sample production process is totally different from the bulk one, so don’t be swayed one way or another if you get a custom sample and it’s not perfect.
Their sales team was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient. I commend their team for helping us through the entire process, especially when it came to design errors.
I hope this review helps for making a decision between the multiple game/card printing companies on here. We found it hard to make an initial decision based on reviews, but really glad we chose these guys. They’re are a really solid choice and we’ll be going back to them for other games down the road.
