Consistently Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
I’ve seen Hi Carpet Cleaner in action several times, on my sister’s carpet, my mom’s carpet, and a friend’s sofa, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Most recently, they helped me out on short notice at my mom’s home, as I needed to get it ready for her move-in. They were incredibly generous with their time, and the results were flawless, the carpet looks spotless!

Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely above the rest
I booked Hi Carpet Cleaner because my home office was starting to feel a bit stale, and I’d read about how carpets can affect air quality and mental clarity. Nightmare experience with this company…
I am having a nightmare experience with this company. One of their contractors has ruined my two sofas thanks to the cleaning product used. The owner has denied all responsibility and is refusing to take my calls. I need to replace the fabric on both sofas and I will be out of pocket by £1500.

When you first contacted me, I reviewed our booking system but was unable to find any record of your name, number, or address. Despite this, I wanted to help, so I personally visited your property within two hours to assess the situation.
Upon arriving, you were unable to provide any booking reference, email, or message confirming that our company had serviced your sofa, which led me to believe there might have been some confusion with another company. My main goal was to assist you, and I regret that this has caused frustration on both sides.
If you can provide any proof, such as a booking reference, email, or message confirming that our company provided a service for your sofa, I’d be happy to resolve the matter quickly through my insurance and, if needed, assist with replacing the sofa.
