Great support when the order went south

I ordered a Davis Pro2 enclosure door according to the photo on the website. The door that came was a later variant and didn't fit. When I telephoned to send it back your official suggested I test it without installing it to ensure that the door was the right part to fix my problem.

Now that is what I call customer care!

Item is getting difficult to obtain but HH Solutions sourced one for me and accommodated a delay in delivery to suit me.

Very easy to deal with and quick delivery.

The product i ordered,did not not work when recieved.The company replaced the faulty product without question a couple of days later.

I found Garry very helpful and always responded fairly quick to any questions I had before I purchased a New ISS Station for my Davis vantage vue.

I purchased my weather station from HH Solutions 2 years ago. Great service.

In June this year, the unit stopped working, but having a 5-year warranty, I felt assured that my need for support would be met with the same excellent service received at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, follow-up support was extremely difficult & did take an unnecessarily long time in advance of resolution. A real shame, because had the eventual outcome happened sooner I would rate my latest experience as positively as my first.

Glad to say, we got there in the end.

Prompt delivery and all questions answered. Unit was easy to put together and the console and app work very well.

Rapid delivery, product worked perfectly.

Order the product with ease, stock wasn't available and received an alternative option via email. Great customer service. Received the product the next day.

Couldn't believe how quickly my purchase arrived. It was great service for a very late order before Christmas.

Staff very helpful I ordered wrong probe and they rang me to replace for cheaper

I was emailed promptly to say the product I had ordered could not be sourced and was given the option of a refund or substitution with a similar product which was available. I chose the substitution and was delivered the next day. Very happy with this service
