We are first time buyer, and we have had amazing experience with HGC. We will definitely recommend them to any of our families and friends. He also saved us from almost placing an offer on a house that had some legal issues (we later found out they havent combined the title deed between 2 flats). Zoe is awesome. She took the time to explain the application process along with guiding us through the required steps despite all of our very silly questions. Zoe is a very friendly, professional mortgage broker. I found her from unbiased website. She managed to find a mortgage for my complicated situation. Unfortunately I had to back out from the mortgage application as last-minute due toy circumstances change.She also cancelled my application immediately. She has a broker fee but it is reasonable. I definitely recommend her services.
