Unverschämtester Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe - geradezu frech! Die Ware ist leider nie bei mir angekommen.

Ich bin total geflasht. Meine erste Hey Honey Leggings ist ca 10 Jahre alt (der surfstyle Klassiker) und sieht immer noch Bombe aus. Die Qualität stimmt einfach. Jetzt hab ich mir gestern einen Jogginganzug bestellt und original 22 Stunden später lag er in meinen Händen. Liebevoll verpackt und in unglaublicher Qualität. Ein echter Unterschied zu den großen Massenbrands!!!

second time I have an issue and second time they ignore my request. never buy again from them.

first case this winter: based in Switzerland, I bought on the website of my country some legging. and... I received a bill from the customs as it was actually sent from Germany, which is under our law illegal. But Hey Honey NEVER replied to the sollicitations and I didn't go further for 30 euros.

second case today: I received a set I don't like: I opened the bag of the legging, touched the fabric, wrapped it back onto the plastic bag and send both bra and legging. And now they refund me only one item, the legging, not replying to any contact request.

CROOKS! TO BE AVOIDED!!!!

Nur eines von zwei Teilen geliefert, keine Info wann das zweite versandt wird - Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Lt. Klarna ist Mitte März zu bezahlen, lt. Website ist der Artikel aber erst Mitte April wieder lieferbar. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung war er lieferbar 🤷🏻‍♀️ = mühsam!

Katastrophaler Service! Sobald ein Umtausch angemeldet ist, kann keine Retoure mehr durchgeführt werden – und bei einer normalen Retoure werden dann auch noch 3,95 € einbehalten.

Leider musste ich nun zum zweiten Mal die Erfahrung machen, dass kleine Instagram-Shops oft nur auf schnellen Verkauf aus sind, statt auf Qualität und Kundenservice. Es gibt eben einen Grund, warum Marken wie Lululemon weltweite Marktführer sind.

In die Schweiz bestellen ist eher mühsam, vorallem wenn es um Rücksendungen geht. Rückerstattung lässt lange auf sich warten. Würde kein 2. mal bestellen.

Chaos! Lieferungen doppelt - Rücksendungen auf meine Kosten. Dann - nach persönlichem Gespräch - Rückerstattung der Lieferkosten, dafür wurde aber unbestellt eine weitere Lieferung geschickt…und wieder Retourkosten für mich…inklusive Mahngebühren von Klarna, weil hier keine Kommunikation zwischen Lieferant und Klarna stattfindet. Obwohl die Ware hübsch ist, ich werde nie wieder hierbestellen!

Hey Honey ist eine authentische Firma, die für Nachhaltigkeit, Qualität und Kundenservice steht.
Inhabergeführt, nahbar, aus Hamburg. (Man kann mit ihnen auch bei Roots Yoga trainieren. ;))
Ich habe zahlreiche Produkte bereits bestellt und liebe sie. Bei einer misslungenen Bestellung hat man mir innerhalb von 2 Minuten (!!!) geantwortet und direkt geholfen.

I am beyond disappointed with Hey Honey Yoga. This brand is nothing short of thieves with the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased two bras because I was unsure about the sizing, and when I returned the one that didn’t fit, I was asked to cover the return shipping costs, which I did without complaint.
But then, they refused to refund me, claiming there was a deodorant mark on the bra—something I highly doubt. When I asked them to send me a photo as proof, they simply stopped responding! I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue, but have received zero replies. So now, not only have they kept the bra (worth 65 euros), but I also had to pay for the return. This is utterly unacceptable.
For a company that prides itself on being ethical, they have shown nothing but dishonesty. I would not recommend Hey Honey Yoga to anyone—save yourself the headache and go with a brand that values its customers.
Such a shame!

You return your item at your own cost and they deduct a 3,95 return fee from you!

I was extremely disapointed with the customer service and how they treated my order issue! I got the worst passive-agressive message putting fault on me, assuming that I should have changed size online but their system was not working on that weekend and that was actually the first thing I tried to do. First rule: always respect the client and don't take them for stupid. The girl did not even offer an exchange with the right size as free shipping. 2,90€ are too much for you when you sell 150€ leggins??? Please hire some competent customer service people...
