I had been a customer for more than a 1.5 years. They changed the shipping company and the carrier they chose last time was asking me to pay for customs clearance fees, for which I had not been informed in advance.
This was more than 2x cost of my shipment. I accepted it, trying to be accommodating thinking next time I will find another way to get them. However, then I was informed that customs would only let me get 3 out of 6 of the bottles I had ordered (and paid for). Meaning I would have to pay 3x the price to get 1/2 of the items. As such I refused the shipment. I sent multiple emails to the customer service, their response times were delayed, fake polite but not helpful.
Now they are refusing to give me refund. They are a scam so beware.
Reading other reviews here, it seems many people had similar issues with them not honoring their customers rights and their warranty. I have already reported them to my bank and will be reporting them to the IRS and to the FTC. I also have 2nd thoughts about the quality of the product. I think I will report it to a lab to get it tested for quality.

After 3 month using this product and spend a lot of money for nothing at all. I have used the product exactly how they described to use . If you want Throwing money away buy it.

I used 6 months the catalase capaule, nothing happened, not worked!
I tired give a 1star feedback on their website, so I submitted a review, but it was never published.
Blame company, forget it!

Saw no change in greys, and then they are refusing to honor their 120 day guarantee and will only provide a partial refund. Beware this company

For some reason the directions are confusing. On the bottle it says take 2pilks once a day yet everywhere else it states to take twice a day 2 pills. Yet there is not enough pills in one bottle for a 30 day/month supply.

Saw little to no change after 3 months of using this product

I started using heyhair since 2023 and have noticed a huge changes in my hair.I remember I wasn’t sure if the product will work the first time when I started using the product with another product with o month intervals just to see which work best then I decided it was heyhair product that was giving what I needed,
Though I had grey hair before I start using the product but now most of the stubborn grey jave become darken by the product my hair is fuller and looking young.
My friend keep asking me they love my hair when ever I style it cos is fuller and darker

I'd taken the vitamins for 6 months consistently as recommended, but didn't see any noticeable improvement in grey hair concern. I was disappointed because I really wanted this to work

Good customer service, the product I ordered arrived on time and “Gray Escape” has been working for me. It took several months before I noticed but also I dyed my hair and was harder to notice the changes, until I stop from dye it that I started to notice the difference

I am currently on the 4th bottle (month 4) and have not seen a reduction in my greys as of yet. It does say results in 4-6 months the so hoping by the end of month 6 there will be visible results.

Definitely slowed my gray hair growth and am very happy!

A LOT of these reviews are just slander. Almost each 1 star review person I looked at their profile and they only trash companies, it's really sad.

As for my experience -- I wasn't scammed, I wasnt "forced" into a subscription -- but just kept buying bottles of grey escape. After ~1.5 months of continual use I definitely noticed that the grey hairs around my partline stopped increasing and hoping the progress continues.

It is my 6th Month of using 6 bottles of Heyhair capsules for Grayaway. I have not seen a decrease but only increase! So anyone seeing advert and thinking of using it will be waste of money and time! They offer a full refund no questions asked in advert but they will not refund and make all sorts of excuses like it was offer price not full price so will not apply and also 5 months of photos required still they guarantee won’t apply! Their intention is just to buy product regardless of it having results or not then not to refund it dot work!

In my experience, their products did not work. Additionally they push to subscriptions when you don’t want something delivered - they still ship it even when you’ve requested them not to.
When I cancelled fully they also put you through half a dozen steps just to cancel.
In my view this is a very dishonest company, and I would not deal with them again

Total scam company. I paid $129.99 for their blow dryer. Ordered it June 21,2025 & it never arrived, but they charged my cc. It’s now October 16! I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. The company should be ashamed. I am reporting them to the BBB & IRS. Do not fall for this scam.

Really hoped this would reverse my grays, in 3 months it didn't. Had I known they don't honor the 120 day refund guarantee, would of stayed away. Scam for sure. Could be a bottle of glorified water for all I know. Good luck to you.

Terrible and did not work whatsoever. Never missed an instructed dosage, spent a lot of money on a dissapointment and HeyHair fobbed me off when I contacted HeyHair by telephone to express my poor experience wishing to discuss their advertised "Guarantee". HeyHair are a scam and I am going to be leaving this review onto Trust Pilot UK shortly.

I've used their Catalase capsules for 3-4 months combined with the root revival lotion. No benefits at all. I've tried to publish a review several times, even with photos, but they never published or answered my requests.

Scam! Utter rubbish product no care in after sales, don’t go on their word and the product looks terrible and cheap.

I ordered products from Heyhair many months ago. My parcel never arrived, and despite multiple emails, documented evidences, Heyhair refuses to process a refund.

They shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the seller is fully responsible for delivery until final handover.

After weeks of being ignored and receiving template replies, I have no resolution. This is extremely disappointing customer service and a complete disregard for EU consumer protection regulations.

I strongly advise other customers to be very cautious when ordering. I am now forced to consider filing a formal dispute through my payment provider and informing the relevant consumer protection authorities.

This is a scam. Doesn’t work and they don’t honour their refund policy.
