I needed help from customer service

I needed help from customer service. They were great... responsive, quick, polite and most of all fixed the problem without making me jump through hoops. I really appreciate the manual and the help!

great customer support

ordered a manual had trouble downloading. contacted amanda by chat box at bottom of screen and problem was fixed and recieved manual. i am very impressed with thier communication through the chat box .And i am very happy with my experiance
